Yesterday I was trying to book a flight to Amsterdam, I found a good price flight on their website, but I had a question regarding the luggage allowance, so I called their costumer Services to enquire, she asked me for the flight information I am looking at, I gave here al the info she asked, so she looked it up and come back with that old stereo type lie, Sirthis flight price changed and went up $for each ticket ( $as I was booking tickets) I asked her how come I am looking at it right now and I am about to book I just wanted to know the luggage allowance, then she said that there isn't tickets available for that flight only , Told her well that is not what it said in the web site, she told me the airline just updated the flight and the update didn't go thru to the website yet, but when I finish booking it will decline my booking, then she said she is contacting the airline to see if there is another flight that have tickets available, to make short she come back and said there is another flight of course it is $more, I asked her is the $fees or not, she said no it is not feesI Told her to go ahead and book me, she did, but she made a mistake in the name and was spelled wrong, so I had to wait for supervisor to correct the name, which took forever, at this point I have been on the phone for about 1h40mins, while waiting on the supervisor, I received a text from my credit card about the transaction there was two transaction one for the airline with the amount that I initially found online and second one for JustFly for the amount of $40, when she come back to tell me that a supervisor is available to talk to me, I confronted her about being deceiving, guess what she told me that is not important now the important is to get your ticket fixed and she transferred me to the supervisor, who dealt with the mistake she made and the name was corrected, I told him about the $I was charged wrongfully and was not told that it was fees, I wouldn't make a big problem about it but the fact that she lied and deceived me in to believing that the ticket price went up instead of telling me it is fees they are charging and give me the opportunity to consent to it or not, makes me madI spent 2hon the phone to book this flight if I did it online it wouldn't take me mins and it would saved me $lesson learned

I recently purchased a flight to Thailand from justfly.com after I spoke to the employee he said I can get a refund for my flight ticket because I missed my flight which was on 2/17/when I called the next day to re book the flight the employee said that they can not give a refund and the ticket has no value and I would have to pay a re booking fee and through the process I talked to all sorts of employee claiming they worked there which was a little suspicious so when I went to re book the flight they charged me a fee of two payments of $then I asked if I can get a flight for 2/18/after they charged my checking account and they said no I would not be able to book my flight till 2/19/the main point is they are continuously charging me each month and I would like some sort of refund or at least the charges to be refunded and stop being charged to my account JustFly.com is a scam and they are not legitament
