I am 74 and not of the computer generation. The technician was very patient with me, and walked me through the solution to my problem step by step without making me feel really stupid. I am very pleased with the Jupiter Support Service.

These people get triple great rating from me. I had them on the line because I got my computer home from a local tech and they didn't fix it. I don't have time right now to do anything with computer as I have an ill husband that I need to get medication out for and also get his dinner ready. I like what the technician showed me so far and am pretty sure that I will be happy with what he did. David told me to check back once a month and have a tech check out my computer and I will try to do this. Thank you so much for all of the help.
