Today was a positive time, yesterday was notThis man did it in twenty minutes

Found person(s) helping me very patient (hearing-Understanding accent)

Jupiter Support called my home on 1-9-at approximately pm indicating that they received information (due to someone making a complaint to them without being specific) that I was having problems with my e-mail and identified me by name and landline phone numberThe telemarker then asked again if I has having any e-mail problemsI indicated no problemsThe person said OK and was goneNo obvious disconnect, just the usual scammer disappearance Since I was not having any problem and I am on the do not call list, it seems clear to me that they are cold canvassing people with harvested dataThis surely is not ethical to do nor can it be legal

the supporters at Jupiter are very good at their job and have a lot of patience

I called Jupter Support and was assigned to a staff member (Monte) and he was very good helping me out on the problem I was having today He is a very nice person and treated very well and he had alot of patience with me You have a great company

I am satisfied with the help I received to clear up the issues with my computer Customer service was competent and fast
