Jupiter Support called my home on 1-9-2017 at approximately 3 pm indicating that they received information (due to someone making a complaint to them without being specific) that I was having problems with my e-mail and identified me by name and landline phone number. The telemarker then asked again if I has having any e-mail problems. I indicated no problems. The person said OK and was gone. No obvious disconnect, just the usual scammer disappearance.
Since I was not having any problem and I am on the do not call list, it seems clear to me that they are cold canvassing people with harvested data. This surely is not ethical to do nor can it be legal.

two gentlemen fixed my computer today and I now can get into my mail. yeah!!!!
I have not tried everything as yet, so cannot tell it everything is working. I will be looking forward to trying and seeing if everything works. Was very pleased with all the people I talked with. It was very helpful.

Jupiter Support and was very satisfied with results on an issue I was having.I was talking with Ron he settled the problem I was having and was very happy with the results.
I had a Windows Live Mail problem, called first Friday and was on the phone 21/2 hours and they did not fix it, said they would call back when they got it repaired never did call back. I called again this Friday, same thing, after almost 3 hours they said it was fixed.
well when I tried the Mail Service would not work. So I feel as if I have wasted at least
7 hours of my time with no results. Needles to say I'm very upset and would not recommend this company to any one. Sorry to be so Negative!
