I had computer trouble and the two people I spoke with were Frank and Charles
and I think that they did an out standing job. I not very smart when it comes to computers so I'm sure it was very difficult for Charles. However he was very kind and understanding not to mention he is very good at his job.

Rocky start on 1/30/2016. Today I call back (1-31-2016) and got WALT as the technician. This was the best support I have ever received. I consider Walt a whiz. If I have a need to seek help again, I hope that I can receive Walt or someone with his knowledge to help me. It certainly went smooth and I am up and running.
