This is for the people who doesn't know well or know well computer for the easy work...& doesn't get time of doesn't get anger... I knew computer for 45 years ago so I forgot a lot I started again I went to college...but someone must answer my questions....& my children was going university nobody help me. I AM SO HAPPY THIS CO. I GOT THEIR ADD...IN THE MAIL...I GOT IN TOUCH WITH THEM THEY HELP ME ALOT IN ANYTHING ABOUT THE COMPUTER OR CELL....THEY HELP ME LIKE MY CHILDREN VERY KINDLY...& RELAX...WITH VERY POLITE... WAY THEY ALWAYS ASK ME WHAT OTHER ELSES YOU WANT WE HELP YOU? ARE YOU SURE YOUR COMPUTER HAS NO PROBLEM...BEFORE I WAS DRIVING DIFFERENT PLACES THEY WAS CHARGING A LOT GETTING MONEY A LOT & CHEATING EVERY TIME THEY MADE A LOT PROBLEM FOR ME...SO. Jupiter was called through a [redacted] website, they were able to immediately start fixing my email problems for a small fee to my satisfaction.

This is my third year with Jupiter. I'm 75 years old and have a difficult time with my computer. I very strongly recommend this service to anyone who wants to received friendly and accurate support at a very reasonable price. As a regular caller for assistance I have had excellent service and exceptional patience from the staff. They listen to your problem, correct it and explain what they did and why. Rickey was very helpful ! I was becoming frustrated with a problem I apparently created! He not only fixed the problem but spent time searching for a file I had just created for a meeting this evening - it took time, but he was patient and easy to understand. He also gave me some tips before he closed my file. My experience with Jupiter has been good each time i"ve had to call. They encourage me to use the service regularly which I now plan to do. Lois B
