I am vey happy with the services I received from Jupiter Support, tec name is Robin was very helpful and finished my services to my satisfaction. Ans he set it up all my email Icon on first screen desk.

Explained to me why I was having a very slow computer and how to get into one of my e-mail accounts which had been changed by the provider.

While my 70 year old mother was trying to use Google.com a pop up occurred acting as if she were trying to log onto a gmail account. The pop up already had her name in the appropriate box, however it was asking for her phone number, which she then entered thinking perhaps it was for her Yahoo account, and was prepared to click next when she realized something was fishy. She then closed all of the boxes on her computer screen and turned off her computer as she was a victim of a scam for a different tech support earlier in the month, which I will report in a different filing. Anyhow, she then almost immediately received a phone call from (presumably) the same company which had somehow hacked into her computer from number 800-860-8467 - which when I Googled this phone number showed Jupiter Support out of Scottsdale AZ. A man with a heavily Middle Eastern Accent tried to convince her that she should pay them to "fix" her computer which does not need fixing. She told them that she realized that they were a scam and hung up on them. She accidentally called them back and when they answered there was very loud Middle Eastern music playing in the back ground and the guy answered the phone as "hello".
When I did Google them I noticed a rating / review section on the page giving them 1 out of possible 5 stars based on 6 reviews. I then read the reviews which stated that they doubted the validity of this company and outlined their experiences with this company. An 81 year old woman targeted for the same thing as my mom, another guy experienced the same situation. Not one customer was "helped" or benefited from this "company's" services, and some had lost money as well. I certainly hope that the Revdex.com will look into this company as they have taken advantage of many, and seem to target the elderly using public records. No I am not a PI but a simple check has uncovered instances of unbusness-like conduct and financial loss for several instances.

I waas veeery flusterated when I could not contact my e=mail. I had been recieving notices thaat theere were programs that need to be removed to restore the speed of the unit. I had heard about the broau at Yahoo but this was the first time I could not connec to them. I really appreciate the fast correct of the problem. I also appreciate the reemoval of the causes. Thaanks
