I am rejecting this response because: nothing has been resolved yetWaiting for the technician to call me back and schedule an appointment to fix the treadmillThis will be his third time coming here. Every time, I have to take a few hours off from work and every time I do that, I get grief from my supervisor. In addition, when I don't work, I don't get paid. Technicians should provide service at more flexible times (afternoon / evening hours and weekends). This problem has caused me loss of wages, not to mention not being able to work out since June and it's still not resolved

On Monday 1/25, I received a call from Justin L/ Product Resolutions/Customer
Service Coach/ Project Manager/Complaints Handler/ EXTregarding this case. I explained the entire history of failed attempts to resolve my pending return and refund with Icon Fitness. Justin was apologetic about my experience and took immediate action to resolve the current RMA/Refund process. I received an e-mail from Justin and direct contact information so that he could be kept in the loop moving forward. He has assured me that the return process has been taken care of, and is scheduled for Friday 1/29. Additionally, he has started a "Hot Refund" request, meaning that Icon wil process an immediate refund of my entire purchase, rather than having to wait until my equipment arrives back at Icon's facilities in Utah. The actual refund may not be complete until the end of this week, but this will be much faster
