Dear Revdex.com, In response to this matter, our investigation reflects that Mr*** complaint is against a franchise office, which has the responsibility to resolve this matter directly with your office and directly with the clientThe franchisee has agreed to refund the remainder

Dear Revdex.com,In response to Ms***' complaint we have reviewed the Peace of Mind claim that was submitted to our claims department as well as the events that may have led up to her issue.We were able to see that the Ms***' tax return was started on 3/25/and was not

Therefore, H&R Block maintains that the information provided for the direct deposit account on the return belonged to the ***'s and was approved for use, as our office protocol is to have the client verify the account information prior to the return being submittedWe maintain that the office protocol was followed during the tax filing appointment. I am rejecting this response because: H&R Block never offered to complete the injured spouse form for us, she told us that the form could not be completed in tell after we received a notice of offset from the I.R.S, she sent us home with the form to fill out, she also sent us home with the form and said that she wasn't sure which one we needed to fileWhy in the world would we not accept her offer to file the form if she truly offered? I find it very insulting that H&R Block are such liar's, take responsibility for your mistake and own up to it, why would we waste our money on having our taxes filed electronically to get them back as soon as possible to then deny the injured spouse form, makes no sense because it is not true

I am rejecting this response because:It was not satisfactory handled,especially since we were never told to take off reimbursed gasoline charges from vehicle mileage from when we started seeing their tax professionals,and they claim that IRS did not allow business expenses which is totally false,it shows this on our amended returns! So to say that it was not allowed according to IRS is totally Untrue! What would satisfy us is to be reimbursed on all the monies we put out to Federal and State, as we were originally told by their Tax Advisors, and Managers and quit getting a total run around by their Headquarters, we feel sorry and would not reccommend them to anyone,this is very misleading,and We would definitely advise any future buyers not to bother with there Peace of Mind Guarantee because it is Not worth the paper it is printed on.Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!!
