[Your Answer Here] Business contacted me by email (attached) saying they would forward to a supervisiorI have heard nothing since and feel this is just a delaying tacticThis will not be resolved until I received the settlement I agreed to in good faith and the cheque clears my bankI am still out the cost of the warranty, my $deductible, my old phone and the $settlement plus the interest I would have earned and have lost

In my original complaint I had requested the company contact me to get my complaint resolvedClearly this had not happened because if it had, they would see they are referencing the wrong accountI had filed a claim under the wrong accountUnderstandably this is clerical error however before processing my claim I had talked to different customer service representatives verifying the item each timeI was filing a claim for a tablet which I clearly stated each time I had called, GW sent me a phoneNot one customer service rep noted the error and corrected the problem before sending me the phoneSince filing this complaint I called times last week to follow up on the progress of my second claimEach time I called I was told by the customer service rep that my call would be escalated and I would receive a call in one to two business daysMore than one week later and I'm still waiting for that callThey have my deductible of $and I have not received my itemI get very little answers from their customer service representatives and I still have not received a call to resolve this issueI am getting very frustratedAgain my only request is that the company resolve this issue quickly and I receive the service I had already paid for

This only covers the cost of the phoneI want either my cell phone bill paid for, for the more than three months this was in the process or I want my $deductible backThe claim itself is not enough at this pointI have made countless calls to this company and I have not gotten so much as a call back when I was told several times someone would call me backI have had to go to the extreme to get my money.

I do not accept GWG's response at all As I've stated in my original complaint, this problem has been going on since December **, I've spoken to their representatives and they either can not help me or they don't know what answer to give me I paid $(in full) for insurance coverage, which GWG had no problem accepting my payment for cell phone insurance coverage When Imade a claim, GWG immediately withdrew $180, from my checking account, for their deductible As I'm yet to receive my check for $to reimburse the phone that they could not replace I think waiting almost months, with no correspondence on GWG's partIs patience enough I do not want this complaint to be deemed resolved until I receive the $deductible and the $check for the phone I never received If I have toI will hire an attorney and GWG will be responsible for attorney fees as well DO NOT CLOSE THIS CASE
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SELL ANYTHING TO CONSUMERS e]
