When I saw that the cheque was sent, I called the company immediately and asked to which address the cheque was sentThis was on June **The customer service person informed me that the cheque was sent to my previous addressI gave him my new address and asked that the existing cheque be cancelled and a new one sent, or if possible to tell the courier/shipper to change the addressThe customer service person told me that he would call me back when he had more information.
I have not received a call nor have I received a cheque at this time

This Revdex.com complaint is being researched and worked daily until GWG is able to get you resolutionIf this is regarding a check that was
accepted in lieu of a replacement phone GWG will make sure to fulfill all claims. However due to unexpected factors there has been a delay in our claims

I do not find this to be an acceptable response as this has been an ongoing issue since December *,
It is going to be months since this claim was filed and I feel that is more than sufficient time to resolve this matter and I should have received the cheque by nowIn an email I received in February of I was told I should receive my cheque within that monthThe deductible for my warranty in the amount of $was taken immediately, as I could not make the claim without payment to Global WarrantyI feel it is not fair they have taken my money and are not honouring my warranty! I would have been happy to accept a replacement phone but they told me it was not available and would have to send me a cheque in the amount of $550.00, they said I would receive my cheque within to weeks and we are approaching months

The business is now requesting I send them the tracking number for my money orderIt has been confirmed by Canada Post that the business has received my money order and phoneIf I do not recieve a cheque from the business to cover the entire cost of a new phone, legal action will be takenThe cheque must be received by me by the end of AprilI have all legal documents prepared if the business would like to be in contact with my ***.
