After receiving an email from the customer stating that her gift card had not been received as expected, we responded on 04/22/15. In this message, we asked her to confirm the mailing address where the card had been sent and also emailed her a...
PDF copy of the card so she had something in hand. Additionally, we asked if she would like us to mail a replacement card since the original appeared to have gotten lost in the mail. We never heard a response from the customer until this complaint via Revdex.com.
Until a Giftly has been redeemed, we offer a full refund for any reason. A customer can either email our support team and request a refund, or there is also a link in the customer's purchase receipt email where they can cancel and refund the gift card themselves.
This customer canceled her gift card on Thu, Apr 23, 2015 at 9:30 AM PT. At this time we issued a full refund of $57 (gift value plus processing fee) back to the credit card that was used to make the purchase.
