Jim * came into my home today and got me started on three important needs for my home. I was impressed with how nicely the process went, and I was impressed with his professionalism.
I would definitely recommend Perma Seal - the people that they have doing the work are very knowledgeable and explain what they are actually going to do. I also like that there is a lifetime warranty on house and not the actually owner. Makes for a good selling point. I have already recommended our neighbor and she had the work done...
I can't tell you how happy we are that we chose Perma-Seal for our basement waterproofing! Jim [redacted] inspected our basement and his recommendations were spot on! No water, no seepage, nothing but dry! Perma-Seal is the only company I trust for basement waterproofing!
Our consultant was Kevin [redacted]. He was so friendly. He came out to our house, evaluated all our waterproofing needs. He broke down everything we needed and he recommended the work in categories of importance. He broke down all the work we agreed to do (which was everything he recommended) and explained step by step what materials would be used and how all the work would be done. Shortly after, workers came to complete the sealing of our crawl space, installation of new drain tile and filling foundation cracks. The work was all completed in one day. The workers were clean, polite and quick! HIGHLY recommended! Both the company and Kevin.
I had permaseal Jim [redacted] inspect my basement and crawlspace.
He showed me that I needed a battery back up and a [redacted] to help my issue. No pressure sales tactics and honest pricing.
Great experience with Jim [redacted]. He looked over all the issues that I was very concerned about and answered all our questions. Most definitely recommend Perma-Seal. Very professional :)
Ullisses was a wonderful inspector. He clearly explained what the issues could be regarding the basement.
He answered all questions. He was polite, personable and represented your company very well. He deserves a big raise.Sister [redacted]

The first time perma seal came out to repair the crack and the void. Everything was supposedly repaired until the next rainfall. We had more water, so the second time coming to our home they claimed it was coming from the beam pocket which was where the original crack went into and continued through the pocket. This was the SAME crack, no courtesies were givenit wasnt repaired in full the first time. The third time with rainfall again water again coming from the "repaired" void. This is when a salesperson came outnot a repair technician to sell us more services instead of repairing the original -still unfixed problem. Now someone is coming to look at and/or reair the form void. Leaving claim open until further notice. will be updating Revdex.com after april 4.

[redacted] S. told me he would call me on Friday (today) but not later than Monday, not "sometime next week."
It is yet another disappointment.
My experience with Perma Seal so far has been an amazing experience. Our salesman John [redacted] has been able to hold our hand and effectively help us understand the work that needed to be completed.
Our house has sunken about 8" and will need about 20 piers to be corrected. Instead of making this sound like a catastrophic repair John let us know this type of work they do all the time and is not to be worried about.
After dealing with about 6 total companies we decided to move forward with Permaseal not just on price but professionalism. One of the great things they offer is galvanized piers. Others offer steel. In the industries I work in anytime there is any metal being exposed to the elements it is either painted with rustoleum or galvanized to handle the elements to prevent corrosion. To me it just make sense to use this materiel only. Now the other companies do offer galvanized for an upcharge. Perma Seal realizes to just use the best material from the beginning to give a fix that will last forever.
An other positive John let us know is they if something goes wrong during the lift with plumbing, electrical, or something major they realize it happen on there dime and they fix it no extra charge.
I am hoping the installation crew is just as professional as John and the office associates I have dealt with so far.
Perma seal was recommend by multiple of my friends and family and so far I understand why they used them.
Aurelio came out and replaced two window wells. He and his crew did a great job, they were timely and thorough. Had initial issues with scoping and scheduling that were not related to him.
The sales employee was on time and expained the process to fix the basement wall crack. The worker was also on time. There have been no issues with the crack since the repair was completed.
Permaseal sealed 4 basement cracks in my basement and installed 2 window well covers. All workers were on time, knowledgeable and professional, A+ work! Thanks Permaseal, representative Kevin [redacted] and all the workers involved. Bill *.
Ullisses [redacted] Made it easy and clear to my understanding and was very helpful ..
