Our outside poured concrete wall basement addition installed over years ago had two diagonal cracks, floor to sealing, as a result of the backfill equipment getting too close to the wall We decided it was time to fix the cracks
Because the wall also was bowed, we wanted to stop the bowing but not crank it back to its original position as it would create cracks and affect the patio door on the first floor Permaseal installed an anchor system, with anchors inside, each attached to a rod to additional anchors buried in the yard With yearly tightening of inside bolts, the wall is now stabilized, with a year warranty on the repaired cracks and wall bowing Everyone Permaseal employee we worked with was pleasant and helpfulWe were satisfied with the workmanship and especially appreciated the honoring of promised datesAlso had sump pumps & covers for window wells
Andres *** came to our home of Tuesday, February 7th to install a replacement primary sump pump and a replacement battery basystemThe replacement work was done quickly, professionally and Andres went out of his way to be friendly, and courteous during the workThe new primary sump pump was very expensive and so was the replacement battery backup systemBut the the Perma-Seal technician did an excellent job completing his work in a timely manner leaving the area around our sump pump very clean and removed the old equipment for usI would recommend Perma-Seal and Andres to anyone needing a new or replacement primary sump pump and batter back up systemJust be aware these systems are very expensive to replace especially on an emergency basis
