I'm writing this for my Mom who's had a issue with water coming into her basement. She had the initial ''repair' done in January 15 th 2016 which cost $3,000. She was told that they GUARANTEE that she will no get any water. Since this ''Repair'' she has has water in her basement on 10 occasions. She had the area manager come out after SEVERAL phone calls. My Mom is 76 years old and has had 2 knee and 2 hip replacements. EVERY time it rains, she has to set towels down to collect the water. This is ridiculous!!! Yesterday, another manager came out and is now telling her it will cost her another $3,000 to fix this problem. Whatever they did in the first place did NOT correct the problem. Now she's being told it will be another 3,000 -4,000. This is terrible customer service and I would NOT recommend this company.

I would definitely recommend Perma Seal - the people that they have doing the work are very knowledgeable and explain what they are actually going to doi also like that there is a lifetime warranty on house and not the actually ownerMakes for a good selling point I have already recommended our neighbor and she had the work done
