Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate Ms*** bringing this matter to our attention The Complaint states that: Ms [redacted] originally contacted Frontier in May to disconnect the phone service portion of her Frontier servicesMs [redacted] called in July when she realized that the phone charges still appeared on her statementMs [redacted] also contacted us by email in August and then called us in September when she was billed for a faster internet service that due to restrictions at the building she resides the technician was not able to installMs [redacted] was temporarily suspended September 19, while waiting for her billing to be corrected and credits applied Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier has verified with Ms [redacted] that she has received the credits she was expectingMs [redacted] has requested cancellation of her Frontier services effective September 23, We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We apologize for any inconvenience that Ms [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter
Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate Ms [redacted] bringing this matter to our attention The Complaint states that: Ms [redacted] states that she had a Security, Support and Storage bundle with Verizon for her InternetFrontier took over for Verizon and was advised that she no longer had the Storage part of it, but was still being billed $per month by FrontierShe would like the credit from Frontier since that service was not working Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier reports that Verizon notified their customers prior to conversion in April that they had until September of to change their services or they would lose the Storage part of the Internet security packageFrontier has issued a onetime credit to Ms [redacted] ’s account of $Frontier spoke to Ms [redacted] today and she is aware of all of the above We trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We apologize for any inconvenience that Ms [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter
