I am rejecting this response because: Closing payoff information was wrongClosing was rescheduled numerous timesI was told not to pay the old mortgage company and then got charged a late fee that was never reimbursed, and now I have a blemish on my credit report. Just today I received an email saying that they didn't have another paper that they needed signed, even after a notary came to my house and made me sign it. This company is a farce

I am rejecting this response because: the issue has not been resolvedI had to call again to get into the system to pay the mortgage this month (April)The representative was rude and informed me I did not enroll into the system the past months although I had paid my loan through the systemI was also denied acces to a supervisor when requestedShe called me rude and told me it was my faultI have no reassurance this will not continue throught the life of my loanI make $per hour and spend minutes each month on the phone so I can pay my mrtgageIf you cannot fix your system I should at least be compensated for my timePlease note, interest rates have just dropped again I hate the idea of going through the paperwork to refinance however I do not see any other way to pay my morgage conveniently accept to go through another bank.

We are in receipt of your complaint and are happy to respond to your concernsI have reviewed your complaint and researched the issue regarding the reversed payment
The payment in question was made on August 1, and the pay-off for your new loan was generated on August 4, The pay-off was generated with the August 1st payment being made so all the new loan was closed with the August 1st payment factored inThe payment was reversed on 8/(reversals normally have a day turnaround time) and the funds were deposited into a suspense accountWhen the pay-off funds were received, funds from this reversed payment were used to pay-off the loan
Since the pay-off was pulled prior to reversal of the payment, Freedom Mortgage will refund the payment to you

Freedom mortgage is TOTALLY AWFUL They did not pay our taxes on time - even though there was more than enough money in escrow My credit report does not even reflect them as our mortgage holder Why is this a problem you may ask? Because now, due to the awful service, we want to refinance --- and our refinance company is stating that they can't get in touch with them - and there is no record of our mortgage Although we do receive and pay bills every month Their "customer service" department are only receptionists that put in "requests" to have someone call you --- and no one ever has called backHello --- this is our home! Can someone please help with these incompetent mns?

I am rejecting this response because: Yet again this company is telling me they will "look into it" as they continue to debit more money than was authorized and more than they are entitled too. Their system is extremely flawed and there is no reason it should take months to have a solution; the situation is cut and dry and they are the accountable party and need to act as such and resolve this issue

here is my experience with Freedom MortgageI applied online to purchase my first homeI was approved for an *** loan for $100,making an hourAside from working full time, I am a small business owner but my business could not be counted as income as it has not been established for more than two years (remember this it's important ) as well as a mother of small childrenMy original closing date was February 18thI pulled my *** to pay a downpayment and put $in escrow for an $80,propertyOn February 1st, I lost my job due to a sales decrease not supporting my position any longerI was ten days from closing, and told if I could not find another job that paid the same and was in the same field of work then my loan would be cancelledOtherwise it could be placed on hold for daysI asked them to do so until I could find a jobI found a job in two weeks and wouldn't you know they cancelled my loan anyway so they had to start the ENTIRE process over again WITH NOW TWO WEEKS to closeI had to send in paperwork after paperwork, paystub after paystub, bank account informationI put an extra $in my escrow account to keep the seller happyThe appraisal was DONEEVERYTHING!!!!!! paid off my DTI so it would be lower than it was in my previous loanEvery single time I completed one task I was given another list containing more things that were required to process my loanRidiculous things I might add but I managed to get them everything they neededIt was a constant jumping through hoops I had to ask for yet another extension on my contract to be told days before my lease date and closing date that I can not purchase this home because my DTI is too high since I claimed a loss on my business that I cant claim as income so now my family of is homeless in daysMade me wait and strung me along for months to tell me "no"FORGET FREEDOM MORTGAGE!Go ANYWHERE ELSE but themI will never ever go through this company againI wasted my hard earned money and time on a joke companyI should have trusted my instincts when I read the online reviewsTHEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITHTRUST ME!
