I never stated that I had a payday loanEver. I was never offered documentationOnly an agreement to sign, which I declinedBianca told me that basically it wasn't their responsibility to prove me that it was actually my debt. I only made an arrangement to because she insisted it was necessary right then and she DID say they'd sue me if I didn'tSo, you need to review the calls further if you didn't hear thatit was on both callsand my accusation of this being unfounded? well for one it is, because I have never had a payday loan and you're saying I have that's absurdfor two, if you pull up the companies you gave me, it clearly documents scam after scam after scam after scam on both of them, not to mention your company as well, along with the 200+ complaints with the Revdex.comSo, I accept your response to not contact me againBut I just needed to clarify a few things that you are mistaken on

I don’t know the “federal laws” but I will never verify my identity with my SS# and if a company can not identify the purpose of call I will never agree to listen to a reason for a phone call If this is a debt collector, I have my debts in order This company has scam written all over its purpose to contact people

Dear Ms***, We at FMR are completely confused as to why you would state any of this in a complaintYou made one attempt to contact our office, and that phone call got as far as the representative attempting to verify she had the responsible party on the line and that is when you terminated the
callSo it is literally impossible for any representative of this company to have told you anything regarding "court and jail time" which would never be said to a consumer we are speaking with anywayYou are clearly confusing this office with anotherFMR would appreciate if you got your facts straight before attempting to publicly slander this officeNick W
