The company in question has STILL failed to address my original complaintI have stopped receiving calls however I still have not received anything in writing per my request. They don't address their attitude but they insult me by their saying I was combative? I have worked in credit in collection before and I am tired of collection companies treating everyone like they have done something wrongIf this is a true debt that I am unaware of (STILL), I will pay it but it gives them NO right to demand anything of me if I simply ask for the information in writing(Remember, in this day and time, there are people that try to get our social security number or anything personal to steal our identity)

Dear ***, FMR has been contracted to collect on a debt attached to your name. *I have no debt such as they claimed I would know if I had a payday loan out that was in a collection status Nonsense!* You contacted this office a total of three times on 09-27-2016 *they called ME and my husband twice; I called them BACK twice* After reviewing the account and phone calls, our representatives were nothing but professional with you at all times *They threatened me, and hung up on me when I didn't stand for being threatened as it is a violation of debt collection I have it taped* you were very difficult on all three calls *I don't put up with bullies and scammers* and did not provide our representatives any time to answer your questions *FMR refused to answer my questions*. The allegations that you are making are unfounded, untrue, and basically slander *Then sue me as I will be suing you We’ll let the judge determine*. The representative attempted to update your address for the proper correspondence to be sent *She has my address; it was confirmed She was more interested in threatening me then sending the evidence of a made up collection debt.* at that point you terminated the phone call prior to us being able to verify *Again, I was hung up by the first person, and the second one told me to sue you..tape recorded.* Documentation was sent to the address on file *Bologna.* If you have not received any documentation we must have a previous address on file *Because you have no documentation.* We apologize for the inconvenience and can assure you that you will not be contacted from this office again *If you do, it would be a violation, and I will continue documenting all contacts and forwarding to my attorney what he has requested, as well as this response to my complaint.* Regards, Nick W
