The company’s phone/customer service line rings once and has the same message “that they cannot come to the phone because of extremely high call volumes.” I have called over 100 times the past 3 days and the message is always the same and no one answers. I have emailed them about my order and have not received an answer. I am missing over $200 worth of clothing and can’t even get a hold of them to get my money back on the wash and fold even if they seem to have lost my items.

I was using this service for multiple years with little to no issues. As of June *** 2019, I sent out my items and they have yet to be returned. Fly cleaners has now taken no responsibility and blames their vendor NEXT Cleaners, who tells me they don't know where my clothes are. Thousands of dollars in items, still missing and DOZENS of other customers experiencing the same issue. Why are they still in business? Why are they still allowed to pick up items from people? WHERE ARE MY CLOTHES???!!! WHERE IS MY REFUND!! I am continuously told someone will call and NOTHING. Im continuously lied to about the whereabout of my items and NOTHING! I need my clothes and appropriate compensation! Next cleaners is unresponsive, Fly cleaners is unresponsive. How is this possible?

The customer alerted us that there was a problem early on in their case. Due to the nature of this matter, the customer was told to contact the cleaning partner directly for a resolution. Our cleaning partner is working on solving the case this week.

I had an order picked up on 7/*** and was supposed to be delivered on 7/. My order was not delivered and I received no update. I tried rescheduling the delivery for 7/*** and it was not delivered then either, and again, no update on it being delayed, etc. I have sent multiple emails, called, and left and voicemail (in addition to reaching out via social media) and have gotten no response or any type of acknowledgement. I am missing thousands of dollars worth of clothes and have gotten zero information about where they are or when I will actually receive them.

Hello. I hired Fly Cleaners as a pick up/drop off laundry service. They were not able to fulfill my order and have not responded to my emails or phone calls for over 48 hours. This is a breach of their service. My laundry was worth well over $300 of clothing items. After reading reviews, I realize I was misled by their advertising, their claimed capabilities, and Revdex.com for providing an A rating for this incompetent company. They consistently lose laundry, entire bags upon bags, and offer no reimbursement to customers. This is outrageous, and I am truly surprised that the Revdex.com does nothing to penalize them, but rather rewards this behavior with an A rating. Please take a closer look at this company, as their practices are illegal and they should be out of business.

Customer had a delay due to our integration with our new local cleaning partner. They received their clothing back on 7//19.

We had a delivery scheduled for yesterday morning and FlyCleaners canceled via email. We have been calling and emailing for 24 hours and cannot get a response. We are unable to reschedule delivery via their app and now have no idea how or when we will get our dry cleaning back. We are leaving for vacation tonight and don’t know what to do to get our clothes or speak with someone.

I placed an order to have my laundry picked up on Saturday July . It was picked up on time with no issue. I made a reservation time for my clothing to be dropped off between 5pm - 7pm on Sunday July .
Not only did I not receive any notification my clothes had never attempted to even be delivered. The email support that so calls to respond back in 30 mins is an absolute lie. They do not answer their phones at all. I want my clothes back I have uniforms and such and clothing for my family. This is grossly upsetting and disappointing especially being left in the dark! Disgusting! I need to get in contact with someone from this company!

FlyCleaners picked up my laundry for wash & fold services a week ago, and was scheduled to deliver my clothes on Friday, July *. The day came and went, and I have tried to call their customer service line which goes straight to voicemail for the last several days. My emails and "chats" on their website have not been responded to, and I am reading reviews now and am worried that they lost their customers' orders and are not being responsive. Most of my clothes are with them and currently I'm having to purchase replacement in order to live my daily life.

I used Flycleaners for the first time on July when they picked up a bag with my clothes to wash. The delivery date was set to July between 7am and 8am and they delivered a bag back to me that had multiple items missing. In the bag I had casual clothes and work clothes worth a week of work and all of the work clothes were missing. I am here in NYC with a luggage as I just arrived and I had no clothes to wear this morning at work because they lost/stole (i don't know what happened to my clothes) and I couldn't reach them on the phone or on their support email. I found something to wear for today but I need to go buy new work clothes because of this so not only they did not give me back my clothes but also they are costing me new clothes for work which I would not have to buy if this did not happen. I tried calling their support number around 9 times this morning and noon and all of the times there was an automated message saying they could not get the call because of very busy lines. I also sent them 4 emails but no one answered. Please help me. I paid for this service and not only I got half my stuff back and no one s there to reach to but also they are costing me more money since I need to go buy clothes for tomorrow and the rest of the week at work.

FlyCleaners lost my items. Once they lost my kickboxing wrap but I decided to let it go since it doesn't have a big value, then they lost two pairs of pants ( I placed the order on June ) and I have written countless emails to their customer service address asking for the missing clothes and have not heard anything back from them. Also tried to chat with them over the app, since the customer service number is always unavailable. They have never reached back to me. The worth of the clothes was around $400!
Very unprofessional company! Can not believe they are ignoring such a big issue!

The customer was able to reach a member of FlySupport and this case was resolved on 7//19.

My order *** came back smelling like it wasnt washed. Did not smell clean whatsoever. I spent 4 days trying to get a hold of fly cleaners to get a refund, and when I finally did they offered a credit when I specifically said a refund because I wont be using their services. When I checked my account, the said credit is not even there and now no one has gotten back to me. I dont want a credit I want a refund.

I specifically told fly cleaners multiple times that I do not want a credit for another wash. What I wanted was a refund for my laundry because I don’t want to use them anymore as a laundry service. I spoke to multiple reps stating that I did not want Credit and I have emails to prove it and they chose to ignore my request and put a credit on my account.

Absolute disaster of a business.
They used to be amazing and impeccable but lately they've been a complete disaster. I am going on 1 week of not having my laundry due to "technical communication issues".
In addition to that, they don't respond and don't help at all when you have an issue. I've emailed and called and everything else, but they don't care.
It's been a week of silence since they first decided to not deliver me my laundry.
Don't use them! Whatever you do don't use them!

I have reached out several times and they have already charged my card for my laundry. I was supposed to have it delivered at 7-8 AM today (July ***) and I haven't received any word from them. This is the second time this has happened and they assured me it wouldn't happen again. They have turned off their customer service line and won't respond to any emails.

This error was fixed and the customer received their clothing on 7/*/19. They worked with the FlySupport team to come to a satisfactory resolution.

I had FlyCleaners pick up my laundry and they never returned it. Based on things I've seen on the internet in the past few days this is a huge problem for many people. It seems they've closed their phone lines and are ignoring all emails, so it's impossible to get in touch with anyone at the company. The company is obviously imploding and continuing to pick up people's orders but don't have the bandwith to return them, which is incredibly unethical as well as illegal.

Customer placed their first order with us and had the unfortunate experience of having missing information in her account regarding her order. This issue was corrected, but there was also a delay in responding to the customer due to the overwhelming amount of contacts recently in our inbox. The customer received their items on 7//19 and a FlySupport member followed up to confirm with our cleaning partner that the items were returned.

Moved to NYC on 6//19 on June , 2019 cleaners picked up all my laundry and dry cleaning. My two BRAND NEW custom suits and 6 custom shirts and pants that had never been worn! On delivery day.... they never showed for delivery. I tried to contact them via phone, email, text message and no return or response. The driver that picked up order - phone is no longer in service or they are blocking incoming calls. The entire operation has ghosted clients with their merchandise! UNACCEPTABLE. NEED IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION!

There was a delay in returning the items due to circumstances not allowing the customer account to see correct information when the order was ready to be returned. The customer has been in contact with FlySupport and the matter was resolved on 7/*/19.

I had a laundry order picked up on Friday, 6/, between 7-8am, scheduled to delivered Saturday, 6/*** between 10am-12pm. The order was never delivered and now the app is showing I have no active orders. I have emailed the *** email 3 times and called the support number 13 times. There has been no response to my emails and after one ring, the phone goes to an automated message that they are receiving a high volume of calls and directs me to email them.

The customer had trouble receiving their order due to unforeseen circumstances integrating with our new cleaning partner. The customer received her items shortly after leaving this review.

The business knowingly sent a driver to pick up my bag full of laundry (almost all of the clothes, linens, towels I own) despite the fact that the business is going under. They have not delivered or returned my personal items. I have received no response from their customer service line. The phone number is not working. They have made no attempt to contact me to schedule delivery or give a status update. They charged my account for the laundry I did not get back.

My laundry (2 hang dry pieces & entire bag full of clothes) was picked up by FlyCleaners on Wednesday evening and was to be delivered Thursday evening. It was not delivered and FlyCleaners is completely unresponsive. I have emailed, called, tweeted, and direct message everyday for the past five days and they have not responded to anything. They have several thousand dollars worth of my clothing and cannot be contacted to deliver the clothing.

Fly cleaners delivered me some one else’s laundry, when I tried to call no one answered or returned my calls. I got a few emails after sending out several and three days after they lost my laundry they said they located it. Now I have waited in the delivery windows that I have been forced to reschedule because it doesn’t show up three different times and no one is responding to my issues.

I had fly cleaners pick up laundry on Wednesday and it was scheduled to be delivered Thursday. When my.order was.late, I checked my account and there.is now no record of my order.

I have for the last two days attempted to get into touch multiple times with them by email and telephone (leaving multiple voicemails), but cannot get a response. They're voicemail is now directing customers to email due to high call volume.

This.is the second time they have seemingly lost my.ordwr, though the first was eventually returned and I went back in good faith. There has been no transparency and acknowledgement of the issue and they are currently missing about 600$ in brand new clothing and bedding

I scheduled an order (6//19) from Flycleaners to Wash and Fold and large load of laundry using the app. The Driver showed up to my apartment to pick up my laundry which was scheduled to be delivered back to me the following day (6//19). The App shows the progress of your order and the window in which your delivery should be made. On the day of my expected delivery, the app no longer showed that I had an active order outstanding. This concerned me so I wrote the customer support team an email asking them to update me on my order and ensure that it was still going to be delivered at the designated time chosen. It has now been 2 days since my laundry was supposed to be delivered and multiple customer service emails have gone unanswered and the phone number for the service is an automated machine saying no one is available to speak. reading reviews online it seems as though many people are experiencing the same issues with this company. They have no answered me once to give me a status update on a large bag of laundry that is probably valued at up to $2000 worth of clothing.
