HORRIBLE business. They have two types of bags, one for dry cleaning and one for laundry. I gave them clothes in both bags and when it returned all of the clothes were in a laundry bag. THEY HAD PUT ALL OUR DRYCLEANING THROUGH THE WASH! All of our clothes shrunk and are unwearable - because of them we lost around $2000 worth of clothing. They at first gave us a "$100 credit" to use towards our next order but 1. I am never using them again so that is worthless and 2. $100 doesn't make up for the insane amount of money we lost because of their stupid mistake. I have been back and forth with them on email for over a month and finally they gave us a $500 giftly gift certificate, while decent, still does not cover more than half of the finances we've lost. When I emailed to say that we were not happy with this, they stopped responding. Literally ghosting me. And they have an automatic recording on their number that says "due to too many calls, we can't get to the phone, leave a message etc." I have called almost every day and it is that same recording - so they definitely just have that there so they don't have to deal with their messes. And yes, I have left multiple messages and no one has returned my call. I've never felt more disrespected or played. We've lost thousands of dollars and some of our favorite clothes because someone on their end can't tell the difference between the bags they use to differentiate laundry from dry cleaning? I'm disgusted and wish I could leave 0 stars - do not use them.

Flycleaners sent me the wrong laundry and has not been responsive via customer service channels for over a week. I am moving out of the state in a week and now do not have any clothing...

Customer is currently working with management at NextCleaners to return their clothing. The order was delayed, but is ready for delivery.

Hello,
My laundry was picked up by FlyCleaners Monday, July *** with a delivery scheduled for Tuesday July . The laundry pickup was fine, however the delivery never came. They charged by card $41 for cleaning. I have reached out 7 times via email to get my laundry back. They have not answered one or made any attempt to contact me. When you call they say they cannot talk calls due to a customer service issue. Then I tried to chat with them through the app which was up for a brief few minutes with no answer. We have a detailed list of what was in the laundry bag and it totals nearly $1500. I would like an answer on to what happened and I am hoping to have my laundry returned, but at the very least a reverse payment on the cleaning charge. I find this situation to be legal.

Customer contacted the FlySupport team to request help in returning their laundry. Customer worked with the NextCleaners store on 8//19 to receive their items.

What a Joke. Very disappointed with their service. They took my clothes and never returned them in the scheduled delivery windows (multiple) for days. I had to reach out to them on multiple media platforms to get someone to call me back (***, *** and such) because their customer service was unavailable. Once I reached a human they had no idea about anything. Will never use them again.

my laundry was picked up on thursday 8/*/19 and was scheduled to be delivered on friday 8/*/19 between 5-7pm it was never delivered. I called and emailed customer service numerous times and no one answered the phone or has responded to my emails. It is now monday and I have not received my laundry or heard back from customer service. I am very unhappy and concerned that I will not get my laundry back and they already charged my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Customer contacted FlySupport to request help in returning their items. The customer received communication on 8//19 to confirm their order is ready to be delivered. Customer will need to schedule delivery through the app or pickup from their local NextCleaners.

Due to the integration with our new cleaning partner, there were unforeseen circumstances that caused an influx of contacts from our customers. This customers communication was lost in the backlog. According to records, the dry cleaning order was delivered on 8/*/19.

My laundry + dry cleaning was picked up on time on Tuesday July *** and the laundry was meant to be delivered the next day at 10am-12pm. It never came so I sent several emails and tried calling Flycleaners to no avail. On Friday August ***, I received an email reply saying something along the lines of "Sorry for the delay we needed more time for the cleaning but it will be ready for the date and time on the app." The date on time on the app was the delivery date that my dry cleaning was supposed to come back which was yesterday August ***. Not shockingly, nothing every came. So I sent another email which has yet to be acknowledged and rescheduled the delivery for today August *** Again, not shockingly, nothing ever came and I have just about had it. They have a large quantity of my everyday AND work clothes. I have had to spend an obscene amount of money on new clothes just to get by. The value of the clothes in my order is probably several thousand dollars and I need my clothes back. I thought I would give them a chance to rectify this issue with the help of the Revdex.com before I go to the police.

Due to unforeseen circumstances from the integration with our cleaning partner, there has been a delay on returning some orders. This customer confirmed they received both their laundry and dry cleaning on 8/*/19.

Flycleaners picked up my laundry (order #***) last Wednesday, July . The following day I received my laundered clothes MINUS the two hang dry items I identified to the driver upon pickup. The driver said he didn't know where they were, and to call customer service. I did so, and there was a message stating "high call volume" with no way to leave a message. I then emailed customer service and received no response. I then tweeted at Flycleaners. Someone tweeted back at me that they would have someone from customer service reach out to me within the hour-no one did. I kept tweeting and direct messaging them with the details of my missing clothes that they have in their position, with no response. Finally last night 8/*, someone from customer service responded asking to describe the clothes. I responded with imagery and descriptions. No response still. I've tried "chatting" through their app (no one responds) and calling (on hold forever). Flycleaners has lost my clothes before and I gave them my trust again because I'm a busy mom who can't do laundry every day. This is totally unacceptable business and customer service. I consider my clothes stolen and want them to either find and return them or reimburse me for the full cost.

The customer alerted the company of items missing from their order on 8/*/19. On 8//19, the case was escalated to the NextCleaners management team to continue the search. They have taken over the case. If the customer should need further assistance, they should call their local NextCleaners store.

My laundry was picked up on time at 3:06pm on July , 2019. I had originally requested delivery a day or so later, as I normally do. My delivery was scheduled for an evening drop off. I never received my laundry on the original evening of delivery. I was never contacted nor notified of any delay. I waited until the next day but was never contacted. I tried calling the customer service hotline, but it was down. I rescheduled by deliver for today, August 5-7pm. I again was not reached out to regarding the delivery and the delivery did not show up. I emailed the company with my order number earlier today and received no response.

Due to the integration with our cleaning partner, there were some unforeseen circumstances that caused delays on orders being returned. On 8/*/19, this customer was told where their laundry was serviced, in case they would like to contact the store directly. Their order is ready for pickup, if not received already.

I sent clothing out for delivery on July *** to be dropped off on the morning of Aug *. FlyCleaners emailed me to say that there were severe delays and to reschedule, so I rescheduled to tonight. Now the driver is delayed more than an hour, no one is answering their support phone line OR the support email, and I'm meant to go on a trip tomorrow, and I have NO idea when my clothes are coming.

Due to the integration with our cleaning partner, there were some unforeseen circumstances causing delays in returning customers items. This customers order was returned on 8/*/19 and they were given credit for the wait. Management was been in touch to resolve this customer's case on 8/*/19.

I have a full load of clothes that Flycleaners picked up a few weeks back when I was in New York. (Order #***) - Every attempt at scheduling gets cancelled, and I am back home now in California and have been stuck without clothes. All my attempts at contacting the company have either failed or brought misleading information.

I had my dry cleaning picked up by flycleaners on July ***. I have not received my dry cleaning, though I have scheduled several drop off that have been postponed for no reason. The customer service line is turned off and there hasn’t been a single response to emails. I want my clothes returned.

I am FURIOUS. On July , 2019 at 2:49 pm I had over 70 pounds of laundry picked up. I was on vacation and such, needed tons of laundry done. It was scheduled for the next day, Sunday, 11am-1pm. I received a text at 10am as usual saying your drop off window begins in 1 hour. 2pm came and I tried to call, they blocked all incoming calls. I’ve emailed 6 times and this is my last straw. It is Monday night. If I don’t hear back my lawyer will be in touch and I will handle this as I had brand new clothes and had to buy clothes for this week as all of my clothes we’re in there. I’ve been a dedicated customer for a year and this is how we get treated. I would rather wear dirty stinky clothes than be lied to and made out to be like this. Nobody deserves their things STOLEN. This is so not okay.

This company has continued to ruin my clothing and not offer compensation. I just had my things delivered a few days ago and I am missing a ton of my things as well as the ones that were delivered are completely ruined. Every white piece of clothing I have is a bright brownish yellow now. I have left multiple voicemails and emails over the last four days and nobody has returned any of my messages. I have read reviews on *** that are excessive staying that people over the last few weeks are dealing with the same thing for they’re not getting responses and most people’s laundry isn’t even being delivered in this company is basically just stealing their clothing. I have 100’s of dollars in damaged clothing and even more in missing.

Customer reported damage to their clothing. The management team at NextCleaners is working currently with the customer to come to a resolution.

They won’t return my over 90 dollar laundry and dry cleaning and I can’t get a human on the phone or to email me. They have missed over 4 Apts for drop off that I have booked on the app. I email them and they don’t write back. Then randomly I’ll get a text message that my items will be dropped off in an hour but always will I’m at work or on the weekend when I’m not home and can’t get to my apt in time. I follow up with text and email to reschedule but no response. Phone number never works

Flycleaners has been my go to laundry service for approx 6-8 months now. Lately, there is no guarantee of delivery once the laundry has been cleaned. I dropped off my latest batch of laundry on Monday July , 2019 and was expecting a scheduled delivery on Tuesday July *** from 7-9 pm. The laundry never came, I was never notified as to why. I tried to schedule my delivery for Thursday July *** from 7-9 pm. Nothing happened. I have been sending emails all along and made attempts to reschedule delivery to no avail. Today, July ***, I still don't have laundry nor can I reach them by phone. Their automated message states that they are sorry but they have a new customer service provider and I should be patient. I am out of patience. This isn't the first time this has happened. I need my laundry.

Our local cleaning partner had some troubles delivering the customers order. The order was delivered on 7//19.

I paid the above mentioned cleaner service to wash my laundry. The business has not returned my laundry after 5 days. I’ve made several attempts to retrieve my belongings totaling at least $1,000. I’ve sent numerous emails and have spoken to “Charles” the supposed owner to try and resolve the matter by having my belongings returned to me. The business has not complied , does not respond to emails nor phone calls. At this point the business has stolen my belongings.

Customer had a delay in receiving their items, but the order was delivered on 7//19.

This business charged me for dry cleaning services and lost two of my items, one of which was an expensive sham which can no longer be replaced. Their support team assured me they were looking for my items and then stopped replying when I followed up. I have not heard from them in a month after numerous attempts to call and email them in an effort to get a refund for my lost items and the service performed on that item.
