Ordered Black Friday special- it is now 12/28/have not received yet Have emailed- called and no response Credit card was promptly charged on 11/25/16>BUT NO SHIPMENT OF MERCHANDISE

same as many complaints listed here, bought a bulk box, never arrived, emailed them times, no reply and no phone number is listed!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Fishingcarerackage is totally scam.I ordered a box that costs about70�for my husband 1/15or 1/16 , but even now they don't send me my tack number yet . I sent them email and tried to talk on messanger , all they said was "can you comfirm your address " that's all .
I believe that they will never reply me again nor my money will come back .
Buyers should be careful and I still try to figure out what to do

This company is a scam. I placed an order three months ago. Took two months to get a tracking number but still haven't received my order. Communication is zero. They should be shut down and a lawsuit should be filed against them.

I placed an order on 10/18/2018 and instantly received a confirmation number and my card was charged. As of 11/15/2018 my order is still in the pending processing stage. I have tried contacting the "company" and no return contact has been made. They do have a disclaimer that large sales generate a large number of orders, but when a customer contacts you almost a month later, good business practice is to respond. Their Facebook page advises "Typically responds in minutes". I assume that is only if you praise the company as actual questions or complaints are ignored.

I placed an order October 12th it is now November 2nd I have written five emails to them with nothing happening they have not returned any emails to me I sent them the receipt that I put on my credit card told them I either wanted the merchandise or they can return the money on my card still I have heard nothing absolutely nothing to everyone that reads this be careful

I made an order and my husband made an order. When picking items they were listed as being 1-3 days processing. There was also an address issue with my husbands. We can't get any response. They claim that they post onthe site that it takes weeks for processing after big sales... but the sites whole gimmick is flash sales. Also, it's hidden deep in the faq section. Not at all where it should be. At this point they are sitting on over $100 of our money and are refusing service. This isn't a business it's a complete scam and This isn't at all fair. You boast refunds on none shipped orders, but you make yourself completely unavailable. At this point because it's a mystery box service I am sure they will rip me off even further.

I am a first time buyer for this business and I will never order from them again. They have not shipped anything. They answered one time to me and never again about where is my purchase. Do not order from this bunch.

I placed an order for two boxes on 06/26/2018 for the Jumbo Pond Hopper and Northern Game Fish Toothy Edition for a total of $64.44. My order was confirmed on 06/28/2018. I didn't receive anything until 08/23/2018. I only received one of my packages. I am missing my remaining order and I cannot get a person to respond back to me regarding this. Extremely frustrating!

Unresponsive they take your credit card and tell you two day shipping and 3 months later nothing. Noone responds to the emails until you say your canceling and the. They block you from the mailing list and never respond. Ungreatful company. This is not a buisness.

My son placed an order on June 22, 2018. They charged his credit card for almost $50.00 and we have not received a thing! He tried contacting them repeatedly and they would not respond. I sent them a private FB message and no response. I then posted on their FB page and they sent me a message saying they would "rush ship" his order. No explanation, nothing! We now have a "tracking number" but it still has not shipped. They will now not even respond to me. I will believe them when I see the product. I believe this company is a scam from what I have discovered and I will be following up on this. EVERYONE needs to know just how they do business! 2 months now, still no product, and had no problem taking $50 from a 14 year old boy the moment he placed the order.

I ORDER 120.00 WORTH OF STUFF ON MAY THE 25 TH AND NOW IT IS AUG THE 8TH AND STILL HAVE NOTHING BUT THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND NO ONE WILL REPLY TO ANY OF MY E-MAILS ARE ANSWER THE PHONE

I placed an order on July 30th, 2018 for the following items. Deadly Duo (Freshwater) = $6.95, Soft Plastic Sampler (FREE SHIPPING) = $1.99, Mystery GRAB Freshwater = $2.99, and the Freshwater Fishing Care Package = $15. This is a grand total $26.93 with free shipping, but not just any shipping. It was free "Priority Mail Express" shipping. I was charged right away unlike the company's statement claiming they will not charge you until your order ships. The order page says they are still preparing it, I have not received any updates or notifications from them. It is now August 10th and if I had to guess from the other reviews on here I'm likely not going to get my order. Will be attempting to gain a refund.

This company needs to be shut down immediately so they cannot scam anyone else. I placed an order in March. I have received 2 emails back from them both saying the ware house must of made a mistake and it will ship right away. Here we are, another month has passed and still nothing. I cant get anyone to respond anymore. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. They take you money then go on there "annual fishing trip" which you're paying for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Purchased a Box from the company and was billed immediately. They say they don't bill until the package has been shipped. This is false and now almost 3 weeks later have seen no tracking information. After multiple attempts to get in contact with the company the issue has still not been resolved. I have heard from them but they continue to give me the run around. Buyer beware this company has no intentions of fulfilling your order.

Made an order back in October of 2017 and, as of today May 8, 2018, I have not received my order. When contacted they either ignore my attempts or respond with something that will get me off their backs for a few days. It has been three weeks since I have gotten a response. I definitely will never do business with this company ever again.

I only placed an order through this company because of the discount and the free promos for ordering. I received 1 out of the 4 items that I ordered and they refuse to contact me back. Tried 3 different emails and they just ignore me. This is week 3 and still no response. Part of the order says "We are currently preparing these items for shipment." And the rest of my order has just disappeared. This company is a scam and is stealing from people. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have ordered many items from them. I promise you this isn't fake I'm a real person. Just to prove it...GO GAMECOCKS South Carolina! But if it is a order where they have a coupon code out like labor day it may take awhile because a lot of people order. But I love the stuff I get for the price.

payment comes out instantly, after 5 days order is awaiting processing. that is not priority mail. I am filing a dispute.
