Placed an order for approx 300.00. I received one item and cannot get a response from these people. I would not place an order with them and I will make sure none of my friends do.

Too bad zero stars isnt an option. I ordered my reel from them 3 weeks ago, countless attempts to reach out on multiple platforms, once I threatened to disput the charges with my bank, the owner *** messaged me saying he'd look into my order and get back to me same day, after contacting him again right at the end of thier business hours he reassured me it shipped and id see it in 2 days. Its still not here. This company is to good to be true with soe serious integrity issues. Do not waste your time like I did. I would have rather payed full price for the reel and been using it this whole time. Lesson learned.

This company takes your money and sends you nothing. Stay away from them.

Ordered Jan 27., order #XXXXX, $125, contacted by email 4 times, Instagram once, and Facebook once. Not a response, but took my money immediately. I gave the benefit of a couple weeks due to increases in orders, but not communicating and accepting the money is terrible business practice. Please respond, and send product. I assumed there would be some sort of concession after this level of service.

Plain and simple. Don't waste your time or money.

Placed my order on 12/31/19, and have had no response to multiple emails and IG messages. Ordered 2 fisherman Dream boxes while they were onsale for50% off. Can't believe their customer service has become this terrible. I've ordered from them in the past and have never had the issues I'm having with them now.

Highly disappointed and will probably never purchase from them again.

This company is horrible. I ordered 2 reels now two and a half weeks ago. The order was confirmed and they took my money. No order has yet shipped. I've made several attempts to contact this company however they do not respond to any form of contact. Will never purchase from this company again and plan to spread as much word as possible to everyone else in regards to how they do business.

Update: after having posted last week I was contacted shortly after by a representative of the company both via text and email. Both of the people stated my order would be rushed out that day, FEBRUARY 11th, and to absolutely no surprise at all the order has of course still not shipped. I've never had the privilege of working with a worse run company before. Thank you fishing care package for setting a new standard for me.

Ordered a fishing reel, gave these guys the benefit of the doubt throughout all their bad reviews, and seems like I was wrong. Was an Abu Garcia Revo. Messaged them on Instagram and they responded at first, but after the shipping label was made, nothing since. Ignoring me. Told me it would ship tomorrow when I had first messaged them, which proved to be false. Then they replied saying it had been sent to be processed, but 48hrs later the USPS still has not recieved my item.

$200 in orders over the last 3 months that still haven't been delivered. Stay away, spread the word.

This place gets a 5 star for garbage. Ordered 3 weeks ago, emailed 5 separate times to get status of order. No response at all. They should be thrown in jail.

Placed an order and haven't received any tracking info. I have emailed them and messaged them on IG with no response. Filing a charge dispute with my bank.

Order placed on 12/4/19 and have no received any shipping info. Contacted the company inquiring about shipping/tracking via IG. All of my comments, direct messages was ignored, blocked, or deleted.

Order #XXX - Put in an Order on August 22, 2019, and it is still unfulfilled. I have sent multiple emails for my order to be cancelled and funds to be refunded. I paid for Priority Mail to have the package within 3 to 5 business days. This is my resort before I contact a Law Firm in Florida to send a registered letter. I expect my refund within the next 5 business days.

By law, a seller should ship your order within the time frame stated in its ads or over the phone. In cases where a delivery date is not promised, then the default rule is that you can expect the seller to ship the goods within 30 days of your order. The timer begins as soon as the seller receives a completed order with your Name, Address, and Payment.

If the seller is unable to ship your product within the promised time, the rule requires that they must notify you, provide you with a revised shipping date, and give you an option for either a full refund or to accept the new delivery date. If you do not respond, and the delay is 30 days or less, then it is assumed that you accept the delay and are willing to wait for the merchandise, If, however, you do not respond, and the delay is more than 30 days, the seller must cancel the order by the 30th day and issue you a full refund promptly.

Ordered a a bulk rod box for rodsOrdered August 13th and was told on August 31st it would be shipped with in 7-days, hopefullyIt is now October 20th and I have not received my packageI have tried numerous methods of contacting them with no luckWon't respond to phone calls, texts facebook messages, Instagram messages, or emailsThey are a terrible company don't waste your money thereI will be buying a monthly subscription from mystery tackle box instead of fishing care package after spending 150$ and not recovering anything

This company to say the least is not up to standardThey state on their website that they ship in hours after purchase its been a full week if not more since I ordered and every time I try to get in contact with someone they make up an excuseI was in contact with their instagram page operatorThis person told me that I would have my package yesterdayI got in contact with a lady named [redacted] from the company over the support center emailShe was the only good part of the companyShe did inform me that they "Didn't have the stuff" but then she personally went and got my stuff and had it shipped her selfShe was very respectful and tried her hardestBut one person cannot make a whole company by herselfThe company is ridiculous and needs to get on the ballThey have horrible customer service and lie like no other

This is without a doubt a scamWon't answer customer service, won't answer phone or emailsThey say to text them with questions and they don't answer

Haven't gotten my baits and it's been almost a month now.

Take your money and never send out the product. I've been waiting for month and a half. They wont reply to emails or facebook messages.

Wow! You responded why wait until this point to respond. My order still shows nothing only that you received my payment and I will get an email once shipped. Nothing. I've emailed and messaged through various social media sites even called the business direct line and no answer or response. Yet I'm out money and you are playing games asking for more details. Here are the details: order comes in : package said order : ship said order. If customer has questions answer them. Very simple. You are *** people and know each individual case isn't enough money for a court case You end up keeping the money and we get screwed. Refund my money or send me my order. You have the worst customer service and just all around service I've ever experienced.

So after all this they finally ship an order to my address I open it and it's one pound of worms. I clearly paid for a 100 count bulk pack and they shorted me about 70 worms. This place is a joke and has the worst customer service. I've emailed and yet no reply. I want my money back or the remainder of my order. Quit playing games and run your business like a business.

Haven't received order or response to emails for the past 3 months.
