Order Abu Garcia REVO reel, never received the reel, no response to emails

Ordered a to reel combo package on April 2 and have not heard or seen anything from the company since the order was placed. Looks like I'm in the same boat as everybody else.

I'd give a no star review if possible. Orderd their rod and reel combo package, buy 1 get 1 free. Deal was buy 3 rod/reel combos and get 2 free. 146 and change including shipping. Web site said ship within 24 hours, delivery in 3 to 5 business days. A week later and no ship notification. I e-mailed, texted, and called with no response. Thankfully my credit card company reversed the charges and I got my money back. I don't know how they are still able to advertise and take customers orders.

I bought a BOGO deal from Facebook on a baitcasting reel. Fortunately 9 did receive 1 of the 2. I have sent 3 emails to the support address with absolutely no response. I wish I had seen this website before I had ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered on the BOGO sale and received a order confirmation. A month later, no shipping information or follow up. I've sent emails and called with no response.

I absolutely knew the deals were too go to be true! I bought two reels last month and haven't received yet. I've reached out to them on every single outlet.. Facebook, Instagram and email and no response. This company is openly robbing its once faithful customer! If anyone can help me get my refund I'd greatly appreciate it!

I can say the same as everyone else. Placed order, credit card charged, and no merchandise.

Bought 2 kvd rods and reels and 2 bait casting reels got them 2 months later but for the reel rod combo I got 1 reel and that was it.. I filed a claim but dont trust or buy a single thing from these people . Sent many emails never responded!

Worst business on the planet, you place an order that's to good of a deal to pass, well save yourself a ton of bs. You wait forever and end up with a refund. Should not be in business.

What can I say that hasn't already been said! Don't order from this company. You will be sorry!!

phone I ordered my order on February 14 they said it was filled on March 6th I steal don,t have my order they won,t answer your e-mails I won,t get anything else from them.

Ordered products in February. As soon as I sent them an E mail they marked my product shipped, blocked my Facebook account from commenting and charged my card . Said product shipped priority and that was 1 month ago

got a revo reel for 49.00 been over a month now no reel should have read reviews bad company theifs.

Very poor support response with no purchased item received after 30 days. I sent multiple emails with limited response. Could not find a phone # to call. No product was delivered (in this case a reel). I have contacted my CC company to retrieve funds. First time I have ever done that. Buy at your own risk.

Dont try and find out on your own. I suggest you save your money.

They have had my money since the end of January and never sent my reel I purchased. Then they promised to ship the reel in 24hrs or send me a refund. They did neither. NEVER deal with these people. Filing a criminal complaint against them next for theft.

I bought a fishing reel they said it had priority shipping. When I did not receive it it said 14 business days. Over a month later and I still don't have it and they will not respond.

If I could leave no stars I would. This company should be shut down. Ordered an item, ABU Garcia REVO which I was promptly charged for and have yet to receive. Additionally the customer service is unresponsive. Buyer beware.

Ordered 2 reels. THey processed my CC immediately and 45 days later no reels and no response from anyone.
