I ordered a coupe different things, some senko or their stick baits and the 1 lb variety of swim baits on May 29th, here we are almost a month later and I still have not received an email or any type of confirmation from them saying my order has shipped. This is a very poor company and I will never order anything from them again!
I would rate zero if I could, I ordered two things from this company back in April 2018 and after several attempts to contact the labeled it as shipped, but USPS never received any sort of package, it's now been a year since then and I've never gone back through them and never will again.
Found the retailer though a Face Book advertisement. Made a CC order on 3 May 2019 and have not received my order as of 13 June 2019. Have made a couple requests for updates, with no response.
Will not order from again
No response via email or social media. Information on their website is misleading in terms of time it will take to ship product. Very much so unsatisfied and would 100% encourage others to order through a more reputable business.
I ordered the 500 piece flash sale. I have attempted to email them 5 times with no response. I should have none better to order from them. My order was placed on April 23rd. I had researched them and just about everyone said bad things about this company. I decided to give them the benefit and try it. Wrong. Don't buy from this company. Again, they have never even responded to my emails asking about my order.
I ordered on April 4th, have emailed numerous times to find out if my ordered has been shipped to which I haven't gotten a response. They're shipping policy says that shipping will be delayed 1-2 weeks. It's now May 13th with no response. Won't be ordering again!
I ordered their flash sale of 500 baits two weeks ago with no signs of shipping anytime soon. Emailed them multiple times and finally received a response saying it would ship within 2 days of their email. Here we are 5 days later, still, with nothing. If you like to be lied to, order away.
This order was delivered at their residence on 5/16/19 with a tracking number. It did ship within the 2 days and it did ship 3 day priority mail.
After being patient with this company
and giving them the benefit of the doubt even with all their bad reviews and having the long and expected wait I only received half of my order today sent an email to sales probably will not get a response or the other half of my order but we'll see I'm just leaving this...they seem to respond here
I don't know how they stay in business. Never sent my package. Answers my messages with a bunch of false info. Sent me a tracking number and never sent the package and then blamed it on the USPS. Told me 3 different times they were sending my package and never sent. Told me they refunded my money and never did. It's been 3 months now and nothing!
I ordered a flash sale bundle of 500 baits on April 12th of 2019. It is now may 5th and after numerous emails and attempts to call them I have not received any feedback. The website also claims it is still "processing" I doubt I will ever receive my order.
This order has processed and you should have received your tracking number and your order is on the way to you.

I ordered there four flash sale bundle for soft baits on April 19,2019 upon ordering I seen that it said processing of either 1 or 2 weeks at first I though it was fine it is now been two weeks haven't received a order confirmation but they immediately take the funds out the next day I've ordered stuff where they wont take the money out untill it's been processed and ready to shipped at this point nope not this company they dont even respond to any emails at this point im better off going to bass pro or to Presley's to buy my soft plastic baits
I ordered a flash sale product expecting to be shipped 5-7 days like is said and I emailed numerous times including a refund and no response now I have to call my bank.
This product does have a 2 week processing time, as stated on the website, it is set to process this afternoon, 4/29 and will be on tomorrow's mail trucks. Thank you.
Good stuff, worth the money if you get a special and are very patient because delivery and processing will cause your delivery to take a month+. might as well order from china. you'll be pleased once it gets to you though.
We have requested subscription cancelation numerous times to no avail and cannot get a response back from anyone.
I have not had contact with this person or received any emails from him, but I did look up his name and have cancelled his subscription.
Placed a order in December with them for their Christmas sale then they shipped it first week of March only one box when I ordered four boxes never got the product and got one small box with stuff that I didn't even order then they said they'd ship me another one and never replied on Facebook or any of my emails horrible business they reply on Facebook then nothing for days
It is February 11th 2019 I placed three orders with this company on black Friday of 2018. I got two of my orders within a couple of weeks. I still have not received my last order. It was for a pond hopper package and some 99 cent baits the total with shipping was 26 dollars on top of the other 100 I had just spent that day. My order status still says being processed I have emailed them 20 times and have had no response. So I have been SCAMMED by these ignorants. I'd really like to get a refund or my package but I know it's not going to happen I spent 500 dollars with them over a course of 4 months and I'll guarantee they won't see another cent of mine. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS
I ordered on January 19th. On February 1st they charged me again! They have hit my checking account twice now and I haven't received anything. I have emailed them 5 times and no answer! They have no "cancel my membership" button on their web site. Instead, you are supposed to email them and ask to cancel. Well, they will not answer you!! There is no phone number to call them either. I want them to cancel my membership and STOP taking my money!
This is a subscription program, we do not have any record of emails from the mentioned customer. The customer's box is out for delivery today as subscriptions are mailed on the 5th of each month, and we had also processed the cancellation request for them. Thank you.
As of Feburary 14th, 2019, your website still says "next charge will be March 3rd 2019." I have emailed ***@fishingcarepackage.com again. If this is the incorrect email please provide me with the correct one. Or even better, a phone number I can reach the company.

Placed an order on 1/16/19. It is now 2/1/19 and I have not recieved my order. Sent an email on 1/30 and did not hear back. Sent another email today, 2/1/19. I left a comment on their facebook page to see where my package is. Comment was deleted and now they are messaging me. Hopefully they actually ship now.
We ordered almost months ago from this awful "company"! Never received our package! Cannot csll because mailbox is always full They delete any negative comments! Total scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
