Fishing Care Package

over 4 weeks and not one work .. many texts no answers. will just call card company and go after them.

ordered a mounth ago and still no shipping numbers or reply to emails. guess I need to join the law suite. I ordered 2 abu garcia reels and a rod. it has been over 21 days for the order to be filled. I want my money back. if you look up the address on google earth it shows an empty store front. no logos or name on the door.

I ordered two fishing reels on one of their flash sales. On May 18 I received a bag of worms as a "courtesy" giveaway but no reels. I received an email indicating that the order had been delivered by USPS. Since then, I have sent multiple emails to their support address and left voice mails on the number listed by Revdex.com (the other number provided by Fishing Care Package LLC is not a working number. Now 10 days after the product was supposed to be delivered, I have not received a single reply to my inquiries. Sadly, I did not check their reviews prior to placing my order. I do not expect to receive the items I paid for.

I would give ZERO stars if possible or even a -5 stars rating. Ordered, they charged my card immediately, no merchandise received or showing even shipped. No response to three separate inquiries asking about shipping or cancellation and request for a refund. They did not refund, but my bank has credited my account after I filed a charge dispute. This company is a FRAUD and has been for a long time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Don’t even consider buying from this company, it’s a scam. No phone, no emails, no texts, no response from them after many tries. Stay away! Can give minus 5 stars? My grandson saved for a fishing pole, shame on them. How do they sleep? Would their son or daughter make them feel good about getting scammed? Please write a review on every site possible to stop these chumps.

Ordered a set of fishing rod combos ($99)
After a week or so I emailed the company and they said that my order was "Just about to be shipped out" after more than 4 weeks of waiting and numerous emails sent without response, I've asked the company for a full refund ( never heard a word from them since the first email) so, I disputed the charges with my credit card company And am awaiting a credit from my Discover card. I will never do business with this company again in the future. Do not use them!

I placed an order May 9, I didn't receive a confirmation of my order after placed or anything. I then texted, no response. They do not answer phones. I wrote them twice, they didn't response to that either. My credit card was charged less than 30 hours later. The website said they take PayPal, which I prefer, they don't, not even an option. Since this is a holiday, I have to wait until Tuesday to call my bank and rectify this matter. Don't even consider purchasing from this company. My grandson worked hard to save for the fishing rod. I also read they ship you a knock off, not even the real deal. BEWARE!

The worst company ever. Ordered the first week of April. 2 reel BYGO promotion. I have emailed, fb messenger, fb commented on their post demanding my refund or reels and nothing. Do not order from them.

Bought $126 worth of stuff and they said it was delivered and only a small box of baits. Emailed and texted them no one responded. Don't know what to do.

This place is horrible ordered a rod and reel combo 4weeks ago have received nothing

This is garbage, I ordered a bogo rod/reel combo, a revo reel, 2 packs soft plastics in February. One bulk bag showed up randomly but nothing else has arrived. Reached out to the company and nothing. Checked my tracking, no change. Spent nearly 200 bucks to get burnt. Dont waste you're time or money, if it looks to good to be true it probably is.

I placed an order on Mar 28th for the Abu Garcia Revo S bait casting reel under the BOGO promotion. I have not received my reels yet. I've sent several emails, text messages, and Facebook messenger posts over the last two months with no response. I do not recommend do business with this company!!

If 0 stars was possible that would be my review. Ordered 2 poles for the BOGO offer sent 2 emails and a Facebook message and even called phone numbers for the company. I did not receive an answer for any of my inquiries, but luckily my bank was able too put the paperwork in too get my money back. This company is trash & their customer service is non existent. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHUMPS!!

I took advantage of the BOGO offer on a combo in early April and seen the same shipping day..order will be shipped within 24hours..I have sent several emails and still no response..I was going to start a petition on Instagram to see how many customers actually received the product they ordered. I don't see how this company is still in business with false advertising on products they can't deliver..

Purchased 2 reels a month ago, nothing received yet. How can we stop this business from stealing our money?

This is absolutely absurd. I ordered two Revo reels on their BOGO sale and haven't had a single change in my order status. I has been well over two weeks. I have sent in countless emails and DM's on multiple platforms to no response. I threatened to request a refund, but it seems that they won't respond even respond to that. This is ridiculous. DO NOT purchase from this company.

Ordered over 2 months ago, tried contacting them. No response and my rod and reel comb hasn't been delivered. Definitely won't order from them again.

Ordered from them over a month ago. They wont answer emails, I've not resorted to this and constantly calling their phone for either a refund or my product. Dont waste your time with this company.
