Hi ***,
Thanks for your messageIt looks like you're reporting a timeline for violating your privacy rightsIf you're trying to report an entire timeline, you're probably trying to report an impostor accountFake accounts created to
imitate real people (impostor accounts) are not allowed on FacebookWe can't take any action against an impostor timeline from this channel, but you can learn how to report this to us here:
https://www.facebook.com/help/?faq=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
If you're trying to report a specific piece of content (photo, video, share, etc.) within the timeline you're reporting, we need you to send us a link (URL) to this contentIf this content is on a Wall or in your News Feed, you can get the URL by clicking the time or date that appears with the post (ex: "hours ago" or "August 9")
If you believe that every image within a particular photo album, without exception, violates or infringes your privacy rights, you can report the entire album by providing its URL (instead of the URL for each individual image)
Once we receive this information, we'll investigate this further
Thanks,

There are many more people they are doing this to their agents are going as far as deleting their profiles to avoid being mixed up in this you need to look into the lies they are telling people, they get in contact with us then tell us that we have to pay first for our winnings , that's ridiculous and if something isn't done to fix this I will find a way to handle it they keep contacting and telling me my winnings will be forfeited if I don't pay up front that is advertising I think
Please continue to look into this so all of the people affected will be satisfied
Thank you,

This is a form letter that Facebook sends that has no real content
They say they have determined that I am ineligible to use Facebook but they do not say why
They say they cannot provide information as to why my account was disabled
How does one know what one does to get disabled?
I want my original account back or a reason why I cant have it
There is no way to contact this company other than email
If you do contact them thru email, you get back a form letter that tells you nothing
I believe my account was hacked

NoThis is not about removing something I posted on FB; this is about constant harassment to my accountSince I have made my complaint to you, Revdex.com, I have experienced retaliation and so have a number of my Facebook friends; their accounts have been terminated or asked to provide an exceptional amount of verification where they have had their accounts for many years, but not until I made the complaint, did my friends', i.e., *** ***, *** *** etc., accounts get shut downThey and I both feel like we are being harassed because of a valid complaint which encompasses *** when there is unlawful retaliation to which Facebook has doneAlso, when I attempt to play games on FB I get error messages, and my mouse is being hacked - tampered with espwhen playing gamesIt will move without my moving it and lose the game for me thus I lose money that I am paying FB/Zynga to play games! When someone makes a complaint, you don't retaliate by hacking someone's computer and causing them financial and emotional loss! Do not ever bother my FB account again and leave my friends' accounts alone! *** *** called me to advise that she had to try and go through at least verifications of her friends that included random pictures that she really was hard-pressed to verify who they were, but managed to do so with excruciating time involvedThen after she did that which was almost a failure, as she struggled, they demanded she fax them ID's and mess? They deleted her posts and picsshe is an admin in groupsFacebook is going to be sued soon unless the harassment and I'm sure Zuckerman is unaware of the unlawful conduct that is libel on part of his agents! If he knew, they would no longer be working at Facebook! I believe there is a certain race/group on Facebook harassing innocent members in good standing because they are behaving like bad police officers until they are fired and or sued, and exposedWe have been on Facebook for over years and should not expect to be targeted and profiled without cause! You put my friends' accounts back in good standing and terminate the louse that continues to harass us and cause havoc with our good accounts! When that one is terminated, make certain that injunction is in place prohibiting that one and/or any other third party or agent of and not of relation to Facebook from contacting us in any way, shape or form! A lawsuit will followLiars!

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/12/08) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
While I appreciate the fact that Facebook has responded fairly promptly, I regret to say this is a totally inadequate response that does nothing to truly address or resolve the problemEvidently, this person did not carefully read my complaint, because he writes "It looks like you're blocked"; further, he says "please be patient while you wait for this block to be lifted." The fact that these statements are both written in the present tense clearly indicates that the writer thinks I'm still blocked
It should be clear from the text of my complaint that the block was already liftedAs I stated, it was scheduled to be lifted a week after November 5, and was then extended more daysWhile I did not state the specific date it was lifted, that should still be clear from what I wroteSo I did not lodge this complaint to demand that they lift the blockRather, I am objecting to the fact that they ignored me and never showed me the courtesy of a response to the polite queries I sent to their 'Appeal' department
Other elements of the FB response are confusingHe writes: "We can't lift the block early"; this implies that the blockage is some sort of automatic thing they have programmed into their operation, that they have no control overBut if that's the case, why was the block extended? That had to be a conscious human decision, not just some automatic mechanismHe writes: "You may need to slow down or stop this behavior so you don't get blocked again": That is rather condescending, and assumes that I have actually committed the "behavior" he refers to
So this response does nothing whatsoever to address the actual text of my complaintIt makes a reference to me being allegedly responsible for "behavior that other people on Facebook may find disruptive or abusive." There is no detailed explanation of what that behavior supposedly was
Here are the factsThis whole thing happened because I was posting negative comments about the Tea Party on political FB pages; I posted them leading up to the US Midterm elections, and shortly afterwardAt no time was I ever "abusive" to anyone personallyIn fact, the few times I got hostile replies from other FB users, I responded to them politely
Also, I did not post my comments on any page that was pro-Tea PartyIn other words, I was not being a troll; I was not going to the pages of political opponents just to provoke themI was weighing in on discussion threads where lots of other people were expressing heated opinions about the election; so I don't see what was "disruptive" about my own comments, in that context
Each time I posted a comment, I included a link to a blog piece I had written as a satire of the Tea PartyI did this quite a few times during the election campaignOn the day after the election, I added some comments about the election outcome to the end of my blog pieceI then posted that link in my various comments on the same FB pagesAnd then I was blockedIt seems obvious that a Tea Party supporter must have taken offense at my link, and reported me
I sent a polite response to FB, to find out the specific reasons I was blocked; I never received an answerAs the ban continued, I sent further queries; when the block was extended, I felt quite insulted by the fact that FB was stonewalling meI was also disturbed by their hypocrisy, since they have often championed freedom of expressionIn this case, however, they have stifled it
Nevertheless, free speech is not the reason for my complaintRather, it is the fact that they punished me for something without telling me what specific thing I supposedly did wrongTheir only message when they blocked me gave no specific reasons as to why I was being penalized; it said nothing about me being "disruptive or abusive." Their response above is the first time this reason has ever been given
So I will reiterate and further clarify the basis for my complaintPrecisely why was I blocked originally? What specific thing did I supposedly do that was "disruptive or abusive"? Why did FB never respond to my repeated requests for an explanation? Why was I never given the opportunity to contest the specific reason I was blocked? Why did they extend the penalty without any warning?
I still want answers to these questions, and an apology, and their assurance that it will not happen againAs for the Revdex.com request that I provide a "middle ground offer", to facilitate a resolution: I am happy to consider thatBut first, I want straight answers to my questions

First I want to thank you for your prompt response
It does not appear however; that I received a response to my specific complaint/issueInstead it seems I have received the standard canned response
Please avoid wasting my valuable time and more importantly the time of the Revdex.com, and put me in touch with someone that can work with me regarding my specific request(s)
I am not the "squeaky wheel" typeI am both a business advocate and consultantThere have only been about occasions that I was not able to get a hold of the right people (after a reasonable attempt on my part) to work something out with a businessOn those occasions the Revdex.com has been very helpful to facilitate the connection to the right people in the business for me to discuss things withOnce a complaint/issue comes to a business via the Revdex.com process a business "should" give it more attention than a non-escalated issueThe Revdex.com saves many businesses and consumers from wasting money on unnecessary litigation, please do not diminish that value with another generic response that does not take into account what I have wrote

For the third timeI would like to see which specific "anti-bullying" standard my comment violatedI also want to know why that particular anti-bullying standard which you are refusing to show here did not apply to outright threats of harm made by others on the same pageThis is the second "non answer" that Facebook has given and also the second time they have deliberately sidestepped answering my questionsThey're clearly trying to just run the clock out here instead of answering the actual two questionsWhat was "bulying" about my making an observation that someone had bloodlust when she was threatening other people with physical harm? And why were the other threats of physical harm made by others on that same page, not considered bullying?

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/11/06) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept their response because their lack of supportThe accounts mentioned currently don't have an active facebookThe day after the account was hacked I went every route possible to contact facebookI have proof of emails sent to VARIOUS so called facebook support emails, I also called and they offer no telephone service, I used the account recovery tool which involved answering a secret question and yet upon correctly answering still did nothingIf facebook would have responded to one of my emails, messeges, or forum posts in regards to my account being hacked it would have never been deletedThe fact that months later I'm finally being contact is not adequateDue to facebook's poor support and inability to contact them I've lost years and years of photographs and memoriesI also lost a fan page I had created with nearly 10,members
As for a middle ground, if you're unable to offer me my facebook account back (with friends and photographs) I would hope for some sort of compensation in good faith as a customer as it wasn't my inadequate support, website, faulty product that caused a lossAlso it would be nice to see the person responsible for this held accountable in some manner, whether their account becomes suspended or something along those linesI will forward more information and proof to the Revdex.com for their review as well
Thanks for your time in this matter

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I followed the instructions given to me to stop unwanted advertising with no successThese ads keep coming to meI thoroughly checked what I 'liked' and what groups I may have subscribed to but found none related to the type of advertising I don't wantI block and unsubscribe to one ad and then another comesThey usually come in wavesThere is a possibility of a bug that is prompting me to get flooded with these type of adsthere is a remote possibility that someone is sending me these "suggested' adsOtherwise I have had no problem
