We have reviewed [redacted] account ending in *1601 and there is no balance due. There was an adjustment made on the account on 9/*/16 that posted on 9/**/16. The credit card company removed the late fee for $27.00 after the request was sent over to them on August [redacted] by Customer Service . As of today, [redacted] has no current balance due. Therefore there is no further action that must be taken on our end Thank youTell us why here...

The price of the item was verified in the system and as such, a credit should be issued. Moreover, I have made over $600.00 in purchases from NY&C from Oct, 2016 to present. My gold card alone is $400.00. All in store purchases were made at Cumberland Mall where JT is the manager. I've never been treated so badly and quite frankly he represents the opposite of what I know NY&C to be. As long as he's the manager of this store, I won't be back and if I can't get a store credit for this purchase based on my experience, my business will go to the competitors. If you need verification of the amount I've spent in the last 4 months, I'll be glad to produce it for you but JT is bad for this business. Perhaps I should reveal that via social media?
