the vehicle service contract regarding parts and labor coverage. GWC Warranty approved a total payable amount after the deductible of $1,111.38 dollars. The request for rental reimbursement did not meet the contract requirements for eligibility. The repair claim would need to be approved in excess of 8 hours of labor for reimbursement, and the claim in question was approved for 5.8 hours. With regards to cancellation and refund, the service contract addresses that specifically as follows;13. CANCELLATION(S) AND REFUND(S):• You can cancel this Contract if Your Vehicle is declared a total loss by the insurance company insuring Your Vehicle, or the Vehicle is validly repossessed by the Lien Holder. All cancellation requests must be processed through the Selling Dealer. If the Selling Dealer has gone out of business, You can submit your cancellation request directly to Us. In the event of a cancellation, the Lien Holder, if any, will be named on the cancellation check as their interest may appear.If the above conditions for cancellation are met, the customer is urged to contact their selling dealer to submit a cancellation request. I am rejecting this response because:
As I explained, I did not remember I had a warranty at the time of the breakdown. When I did I contacted GWC directly by phone. The terest were explained to me at that time. I asked if I had any options and was told I could explain in writing and did. I can't imagine anyone telling me to write if I didn't have any options. I still don't think this is a very good way to do business. I know I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who asks. Yes I didn't follow a rule, but I did have a breakdown of a warranty part, had it repaired because I was in a rush needing my car for appointments and other commitments. I expected some considerations from GWC on this matter, even if they didn'the pay for the entire cost.

I am rejecting this response because: They are not including the Condenser and labor involved with the settlement, which clearly states in my contract that they do cover. I will accept $692.26 which accounts for the difference in Labor coverage, AC recharge, Serpentines belt, taxes and Shop fee.

The components that had failed and caused the engine damage are not listed for coverage on this vehicle service contract. Any consequential failures as a result of those non covered components, would not be eligible for coverage through GWC Warranty. The service contract addresses this specifically as follows; 9. EXCLUSIONS — WHAT IS NOT COVERED: This Contract provides no benefits and GWC has no obligation under the Terms & Conditions set forth for what is not covered herein listed below. • Repairs to Covered Components caused by the failure of a non-covered component. GWC Warranty would have no obligation towards the repair costs associated with these non-covered failures. I have attached a copy of the contract application with prior correspondence.
