The laminate flooring was installed in August 2015, the one year labor warranty has lapsed. The local office has contacted the customer; service to the installed floor out of warranty would be at the customer’s cost. The customer has refused service at his cost.

I am rejecting this response because: it took almost a m9nth for Empire to respond to my request. during this long interval I received phone calls from sales wanting to set up appointments for new blinds! also a salesman came to my home to talk about new blinds when I specifically stated the appointment was for damaged existing blinds! Empire doesn't know how to communicate with each department not customers. Lots of complaints on Revdex.com website state the same concerns.

Empire has agreed to schedule the repairs the week of 8-1-2016, I have agreed to this but reluctant that it will happen based on all of the other appointment that have been previously scheduled and no one showed.

The company refunded my deposit yesterday June 18th. The way this was handled was very suspect. I dont think I would have received my deposit had I not filed a complaint with Revdex.com. thank you. I will never use their services again.

We installed carpet for the customer in June 2013. We inspected at no cost to the customer. To move forward with a manufacturer’s warranty claim, we must have proof of a professional cleaning every 12-18 months per the warranty guidelines.
