Only after the Revdex.com was contacted Empire Carpet reached out to resolve this caseI am overall not pleased with how Empire carpet does not make it a priority in handling problems with their customers & makes no effort to come out personally to my location to resolve the problem.Because of this I decided not to do business with Empire carpet dispite any discounts & offers made by the company to me

I am rejecting this response because:
I was not told anything about moistureThe men that came and inspected the flooring said that it was a manufacturers defect and their supervisor would contact me to schedule the repairNow all of a sudden it's moisture with the additional insult of "urine"I contacted them multiple times before June with no responseIt is not good business practice to tell a customer one thing then do something elseThis has been a horrible experience in addition to what it seeming to be a waste of several thousands of dollars
