Screens were promised aas a courtesy but none were installed The maintenance request took almost weeks to complete including days with no air,As shown in the attachment by your employee concessions were promised at the end of the completion of the orders As your employee stated He would direct me to that department for those concessions.I was also told verbally they were working on the concessions, which turned out to be untrue.I am requesting in good faith that your establishment will honor the word of its employee and give the credit for an unacceptable incoenience of almost weeks of below standard conditions

While we understand the frustration, the previously submitted photos were taken during the time of the move outAdditionally, Ms*** signed the attached move-out inspection form that detailed the findings of her report and that these would be charged back to herShe also received instructions as mentioned that detailed nail holes and scuffs need to be patched prior to move outUnder these circumstances, all move out related charges and final rent/utility payments will stand as indicated.

We apologize for any inconvenience experienced by Ms***Unfortunately, her roommates did not complete the necessary paperwork to have her removed from the Lease agreementUnder the agreement, all roommates qualified for the home togetherIn order to be completely removed from the
Lease, her roommates were instructed by our Leasing team to resubmit the paperwork needed to be re-qualified without Ms***On February 13,our Leasing team made one final attempt to acquire this paperwork by calling an leaving a voicemailThis call went returned. In this case, the charges cannot be reversed because Ms*** was still considered a resident

Hi, ***Thank you for your feedbackOur Accounting team has reached out regarding this matter, including outlining all charges, reimbursements and photosAttached is a summary of this findingsPlease let us know if you have any questions.

After reviewing our records, we have found that Ms*** is not listed as a Progress Residential resident at the address provided and is not an authorized occupantWe are unable to determine any interest that Ms*** has in the home. As such, we cannot discuss resident-related matters with her
as this would a breach of confidentially with our primary resident in the home. We have reached out to our resident and the resident has no complaints. We ask that this matter be considered closed.

Hi, ***Thank you for your feedbackWe're happy to hear that you have been working with our local team to resolve the issues in your homeIt is our understanding that everything has been addressedPlease let us know if you have additional questions or concerns.

I NEVER signed a lease with Progress Residential and am technically owed my entire deposit back due to that factI signed with Crye-Leike RealtyHad I signed a lease with you, I would agree to charges for the blinds, the cabinent, the carpet repair, light bulbs and trash removalJEROME in your office had already offered to remove the carpet cleaning, interior cleaning, A/C filter charge (which was not old anyway), and the shrub trimming charge (my mosheet documents that the yard was not taken care of when I moved into this houseHe tried to bully me into signing the agreement with these charges taken offAs you see per the attached, was shown for paint charges, which seems right as the move-out inspection man noted "scuffs" on the walls, and told me they could probably just paint one or two of the walls in the house to fix itAny pictures of walls would look bad if you took individual zoomed in pictures of each scuff and scratch found in square feet! Laws allow for wear and tear, and years of wear and tear is all the walls gotYou are trying to make me pay almost a thousand dollars for paint for your next tenant, and that is ridiculousEspecially since I have proof in the form of a screenshot of my account where it did not cost that much(please see attached)I expect the paint charges, carpet cleaning charges, interior cleaning charge, A/C filter charge, and shrub trimming charges to be removed from my account, which would the amount owed back to me By law the timeframe for returning my deposit has already lapsed on your endIf I am not returned my deposit at this time, I will immediately proceed to court and will file suit against your company for my entire deposit since I did not sign a lease with you, and I guarantee it will cost you more than in attorney feesAlso, I have posted comments and questions on your facebook page; however, you blocked me and did not even respond to meThat is very unprofessional.

the response from progress residential does not address the poor jobs done and time missed from work to be present for these numerous jobs.....the misaligned toilet seats, the nails all around the outside of the house, the electric utility outlets hanging outside of the house..... these items should also be responded to by progress residential, and the compensation for missed time from work

Hi, ***Thank you for your feedbackOur local team visited your home yesterday and discovered that the spa is considered a "portable spa" which we were unaware of previouslyAs such, finding a vendor to complete the repair is difficult and we are looking into the options. Additionally, we
have reached out to your HOA to better understand the fines and the terms to become compliantWhile at the home, we found several current issues that may be resulting in the HOA finesThe items included the shrubs needing trimmed back (resident responsible), front beds need re-mulched (resident responsible), metal trash can visible from the street (resident responsible), leaves need to be raked in front yard (resident responsible), and tall palm trees need fronds cleaned (Progress responsible)As this is an ongoing issue, we are working diligently to resolve the matter but will need further clarification from the HOA.

No one tried to call me after 10+ phone calls, total
of 4-hr hold times, days with no AC, after being rudely insulted from the service manager and the on call tech, I went to the local office and arrivied there at 4:55pm min before closing and that's when I spoke with the service director, so no one tried to resolve the matter before that, so thank you but no thank you, he resolved it nowThanks to him

greetings, since I am new to this process, I will start from the beginning. I rented a single family home at *** * *** *** for two years from *** homes, then *** ***, progress residential, and now currently called *** ***. when I moved out, I left the place cleaner than when I moved in. the pre inspection move out inspector said all was good and the impossibly anal retentive move out inspector even c/o of the fact the blinds were individually wiped off and clean finger prints could be seen on them. the broken things like blinds were broken when we moved in. when I tried to get *** *** to fix things I would get a response of 'it's not in the budget' several times. well, the *** *** found the budget at move out by using my deposit to pay for repairs and cleaning I should not be responsible for. I request all of my deposit back $1500+. very sincerely, *** ***
