We have looked through our support tickets and do not see any communication with our community advocates. We have examined the community member's account and see that all of the restores match the cash outs made.
Please have the community member reach out with an explanation of the issue at hand so we can address the inquiry fully. We would also like to confirm the pay schedule as the 8th and 23rd of every month.
Y'all keep kicking ***... I appreciate this service more than y'all know.. and when ever I have to use the chat service, 99% of the time. Everything goes smoothly, and this time was a great example.. Hopefully the people who take care of me are taken care of as well (Which I see y'all are doing so hopefully). Hopefully y'all take suggestions seriously and more than the usual 'Thanks, we'll forward that to whomever is responsible for suggestions'...happy holidays earnin users!
I also have never had any issues with them taking back what I borrowed; as long as you put correct information in. You'll be perfectly fine! ð???

Received only 3 cashouts out of 4 deposits service department will not assist or refund cashout amount although provided Bank records.
Regular patron of the Earnin app. Cashed out 4 times for $ 100 during the week of 12/13-12/16. On the morning of 12/17 noticed that I had only 3 deposits posted to my account in total. I opened the chat for the Earnin App and spoke to a support person that was immediatley dismissive and cut off the chat without giving me time to respond. The next person who picked up the chat once I responded to aforementioned person read the prior chat and then stated that I needed to wait 24 hours for the deposit to process and if it did not to reach back out tomorrow and they would resolve the issue. Here we are at 49 hours and I have been asked to wait 2 more days not hours as the specialist said it is delayed. However the chat room person said that my deposit from 12/15 never went through so which is is?? They deduct money from your checking account during your next pay period I am fine with that if I take they money out they should be allowed to withdraw the amount I borrowed but I if they do not loan me the amount I borrowed of $400 and only loaned me $300 and then are going to withdraw $400 from my account that is called stealing, theft and scamming. I was in the chat for 2 hours today and what I got was wait 2 more days so we can then take your money from your paycheck that we did not loan you in the first place. That is 2 hours out of my work day and life that I cannot get back. $400 is what I should have received and what the Earnin App says they sent me however my bank account definitively states they ONLY deposited 3 seperated deposits of $100. I do accounting and according to my calculations that totals $300 not $400.
I want my account corrected to reflect that I did not receive 4 cashouts for 12/13-12/16 totaling $400 that I in fact only received 3 cashouts totalling $300 and DO NOT withdraw $400 from my banking account as that would be theft by taking. Would like a letter in writing acknowleging their app/softwear error and the matter to be handled professionally and quickly as the payday is fast approaching as are the holiday's.
In our last chat interaction with this community member (today, 12/18/19) she was informed that it may take a couple of days for her cash out to reflect in her account. Unfortunately, we do not have control over when the bank processes our transactions. If this does not reflect in her account shortly, we urge the community member to reach back out to us so we can investigate this issue further.

They stated to wait 24 hours to for deposit to post now they are stating to wait 2 more days after I have repeatedly and daily sent my bank information that shows only 3 deposits and not 4 and the holidays are fast approaching. Each time I contact them I am giving an answer of you must wait longer after I am told they will fix it on an original because deposits take 24 hours. I have contacted my bank everyday for 5 days morning and night and there are no further pending deposits. There were only 3 deposits made by Earnin. It is day 5, DAY 5. Yet I haven't given them enough time and they keep stating it's my banks error. I work very hard for the money I do have and I this is just immoral and wrong that a company could be allowed to do this to you as they will eventually take the full amount from your paycheck even if it's false according to MY account. How do they sleep at night and justify their selves as good people? I just want this fixed I provided all supporting documents. Do the right thing.
We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you are experiencing. In regards to the wait times, there is sometimes a delay in Lightning Speed transactions, so we advise our community members to wait for a specific amount of banking days to see if the transaction will arrive via the normal ACH process, which does take a bit longer than Lightning Speed transactions.
Since this is not the case and the community member is still waiting for the fourth transaction. One of our community advocates has reached out asking for updated screenshots so we can delve into this issue further and determine compensation needs.

Great app but their bank provider team really is a problem. I used it for a year without issue then Friday their server goes down and after that my bank connection no longer exists. I went through 5 different techs to be told its a known issue with Washington federal on Earnin end and that they would check in on me from time to time. After all the money I paid in so called tips I am left with a were sorry for the inconvenience. Are you kidding me?! I was a loyal customer and that all they could say was we'll report it. This is an 800 million dollar company and they can't fix known issues and would rather say oh well you can't use our app how about you go get a different bank and then you can use us again. This company definitely doesn't care if customers fall off and its very sad. There should be an easier option like if the bank doesn't update then allow us to enter the info manually I really found it hysterical when it said bank connection issue but yet they could take their money out on a friday when I got paid. This just says to me that they don't care about customers because if they did they would make every effort to correct issues and not leave them as "known issues"

They were great at first but that changed! Kept dropping my max for no reason and made you think that if you tip your max will go back up and that is not the case.
We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Max decreasing. Your Max is tied to your overall financial health, which includes details like how often a positive bank balance is maintained and whether you spend less money than you make. If this criteria is not met, your Max will decrease. Additionally, tipping (or not tipping) does not affect your individual Max. Your tip does not have affect on whether or not your Max increases or decreases. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions.
I did reach out and you provided no good answer. Looks like I'm not the only person having this issue so to all others....Stay clear from this app!! My bank account has been the same from day one!! Trust me I will post a negative review any where I can.

SCAM - BEWARE! I really liked this app until today, when they withdrew from my account 3 DAYS before payday! Chat support was very unhelpful and condescending. I even uploaded a screenshot of my payroll schedule. They showed no remorse, and now I don't have a penny to my name until Monday because of their error. Thanks for nothing!

Earnin withdrew out of my account the day before my payday, causing my account to be overdrawn. After several days the issue was resolved. My max was increased to $200. However even though I paid them back, in the following weeks my max was decreased down to $100 because my account balance was low (under $200). Customer service advised me they have no control over the max and it's the app that detects changes and adjusts accordingly. My frustration is that this app is advertised to help when money gets low, yet when money gets low they keep lowering how much I can cash out. It's been a headache dealing with customer service and I will be deleting this app once I am able to close my account.
We apologize that you have been experiencing issues regarding your Max. Our Maxes are determined by a number of factors, including, repaying debits on time, having consistent direct deposits, keeping a positive bank balance and not spending more than you make. Your Max can decrease if one or more of these criteria are not met. Earnin employs these Maxes to ensure that our community members stay financially healthy, not as a penalty. So long as you maintain the above criteria, your Max will increase over time.
earnin is charging me for money I never received/
Earnin let's me borrow up to *** at a time. Recently I borrowed *** and it states that I owe them *** According to their app and almost an hour to their bank I infact only owe *** dollars. According to their customer service team who continues to send me an account statement they can only see I owe them *** My bank verified that the mysterious *** was never received. I've sent in screenshots of both my bank account and their earnin debt calendar and they both state that I'm accurate.
Refund. Look through the account all the way back to October like my bank and I had and get out a calculator. Look at my screenshots that I've sent numerous times of your debt calendar.

They took over *** from my joint account in October. They refuse to give the money back that they fraudulently took and gave my bank wrong info.
We ended our "contract" with them in September. Zero balance owed. In October they took over *** from our account, they have locked us out of the app, refuse to return emails, lied to my bank, we sent in proof we did not authorize this and they still lied. Currently they are trying to take another *** from our closed checking account. Their bank is zero help, there's nothing we can do but I'm going to trash the *** out of them because they steal from people.
I want my money back! It wasn't theirs to take in the first place. They were not authorized to take anything from my account as the account with them was closed.
Our team wishes to investigate this further, but the email provided does not yield past account results. Please have this community member provide the email used to create the joint Earnin account so we can look into this issue.

They say the email doesn't match an account, that is correct. But we have tried to reach on multiple occasions from my husbands email (the person who had the account) and they refuse to answer, will not provide us access to the account in the app, will not provide a working phone number to speak with someone, refused to provide accurate documentation to my bank.
We apologize that this community member has been unable to contact us. Our chat support is available 24/7 and has a response rate of less than two minutes. We currently do not have phone support, as most of our communications require documentation such as screenshots, timesheets, or pay stubs. We would love to look into this issue and come to a resolution but unfortunately, we are unable to do so without the email address used to set up this community member's account. We urge them to reach out to us again so we can investigate this issue further.
Great option instead of a pay day loan. Anytime I have had an issue with screen shot, the chat line has cleared up the issue quickly. The money comes out the night may direct deposit goes in. Would be nice to have a live operator, issue still gets resolved. Support team has always been friendly and quick to resolve. Thank You!
