Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have spoken with Jaclyn regarding the dissatisfaction of the vehicle The car has undergone many repairs, including being in the shop at least days for the month of December alone Currently, in the shop again as of nowSo just a $credit is simply not justifiedThe payments that were paid for December, should be applied to the next paymentsIt is a absolute inconvenience to have to continue taking the car to the shopYes I was given a car fax report However, I was also told by the salesman that it was a fender-benderI am convinced that the information was untrueA finder- bender is not a costly repair Plus having to pay for my own rental car, I am a dissatisfied customerI am still asking for a replacement vehicle. To whom it may concern;Per your letter, you stated that your company made attempts to contact me between the initial conversation on Jan and Feb 1stThat is a blatant lie that can easily be proven by pulling the call from Feb 1st that I INITIATED and during which I was advised by the
representative, after I complained that your company had not followed up, that it was not your companies responsibility to follow upThat it was MY responsibility to followup to check statusThis was stated verbatim by your representativeI have also notified the Revdex.com of your outward lie in this matter. Plus, this issue has nothing to do with the mechanical warranty associated with this vehicleThis is a sales issue and legality issueThis has absolutely nothing to do with Aeverex and I am completely unsure why my warranty has anything to do with providing a resolutionYour company made a severe mistake prior to the sale of this vehicle to meThat is the issue that you continue to completely disregard.ThanK you
