I have had a meetingThey are trying to downplay the things that where done wrong during construction by insinuating they can be fixedMany on the items that I have a lot of dissatisfaction with would take major renovations to fixI am not satisfied at this point and they have not made any suggestions to fix the major complaints on my list

The division apologizes for mistakenly processing the customer's deposit checkThe refund is currently being processed and the customer should receive it within the next two weeks

To who it may concern, The Earnest Check Refund that Mr*** is referring to is returned only when a buyer cannot obtain financingOur contract clearly states and explains the financing contingency and EMD check refunds He chose to walk away from the purchase of the home on the day of closing due to suggestions made by a home inspection report. His realtor was emailed the engineered report that clearly stated that the tonnage was correct for the HVAC system on that particular square footage homeWe have never had issues before using that size HVAC with that plan We would have completed the other items on the report if he would have given us a chanceWe did not receive anything in writing nor did we sign anything stating that we would replace the HVAC system SINCERELY, *** ** *** Area Sales Manager, MS DR Horton Homes

*** *** *** *** Their response is being rejected, especially since no one came to see the yard! *** called *** the supervisor, *** never came to see the lawn, nor di anyone else Our lawn was taken care of completely It is not a fault of ours that they did not seed the entire yard, hence the multiple areas that are still dirt and rock Nor is it our fault that we have bluegrass sod in front of our house and rye seed in the back, giving us two different colorsI think that it is absolutely absurd that DR Horton is going to tell you that our lawn needs to green up, as there is nothing but dirt all over our yard! And, seeing as we have the greenest front lawn, as well as very green areas of grass on the sides and back, we definitely watered and took care of our lawn...which a lawn company did come out and seeIt is not acceptable that DR Horton is going to put us at fault They must come sod our yard, as a yard that looks the way it does is for sure not good business!

We have checked the floor and it was installed properlyAccording to our warranty guidelines, a squeak-proof floor cannot be guaranteedLumber shrinkage as well as temperature and humidity changes may cause squeaks
