I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.I am NOT satisfied with DR Horton's neglect, fraud and misrepresentation of the warranty of our new homeI put several request for the driveway and front porch stairs to be redone due to negligence of the companies contractorsThese claims were IGNORED until the warranty period exported and then rejectedThis is fraud and if it will not be resolved through Revdex.com asap, I will contact my attorney and we can resolve this in courtOnce again our driveway is pulling away from the garage/house and our front porch steps have also pulled away from the front porch due to improper workman ship. DR Horton has NOT provided any kind of quality service or customer serviceOur entire warranty experience with this company had been nothing but a disaster.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes we did meet meet with the builder and
sales person and agreed that the cabinets were the same but the tile is not the same as shown in the same roomIf this tile with yellow discoloration was shown in the showroom I would have chose something else I have attached the tile with the yellow discoloration vs the tile in the show roomApparently I'm not the only customer who noticed the tile was not the same in their home as well I still would like to have this tile replacedI shouldn't have to go in a 300K home to have to demo before I even move inDR Horton needs to stand by the word!!!

At the time of Ms*** visit, both Lot and Lot were available for purchase. Both Lots featured our home plan number 2538. MrRasmussen provided Ms*** with a price sheet for the community, which listed the “starting from” price for plan 2538, which was $442,789. That was the price of Lot 95. Lot was the lowest-priced plan due to its location adjacent to power lines. Lot was priced at $485,because of its more desirable location. At no time did MrRasmussen indicate to Ms*** that the price for Lot was the same as the price for Lot 95, and our price sheets clearly indicate that the price listed for each plan is the lowest-priced home for that plan. This response is not to say we do not accept or will not let *** *** D.RHorton's construction manager perform repairsThis response to let the Revdex.com know that we had a conversation with *** and we are waiting to see if he follows through with the repairs as he stated yesterdayFeb 17, 2016, when he visited with us and went into our attic to see our concerns.*** the building inspector, did not show up for the meeting as planned and we were told by *** that the permit department does not want to get involvedEverything we said in our complaint was truthful but we do concede that our wording about replacing the sheathing may have sounded like we were implying hat the entire roof needed to be replacedThis was not what *** the inspector, told usHe said the sheathing where all of the 2x4s were beat in should al be removed and redone for piece of mind as we don't know what shingles were damaged and also the 2x4s where not nailed to the truss nor was the sheathing nailed down to the rafters.With that all said we enjoyed our talk with *** LeffertyHe proposed something that no one else has proposedHe said he would personally come out and oversee his workers install 2xrafters in all the locations where this roof is not to code, different locations; the rafter span all the way from the top to the bottom of the roof is more than inches on center, minimum building code for this 24/sheathing. *** said he would have his workers go to all the shingles that were possibly damaged by the 2xbeing beat in and re-nail them, claiming that even if there are nails that were pulled through the shingles he can just re-nail the shingles without any worries about the integrity of the shingles being compromised He will also install hurricane straps in places, remove some hip shingles and properly nail down the sheathing that was never nailed down, and fix places were 2x4s were installed and the sheathing is sticking up because shingle nails are preventing the sheathing from laying flatHe will also have his roofer cut out the felt on the ridge vent so it will vent properlyFinally, he will have his workers repair another sagging sheathing board in the front of the house AND nail down the roof vent in the back of the house that was installed a few months ago and was installed without any nails on the bottom of the vent. As long as *** has his framers and roofers perform all this work properly we will be VERY happyWe will be waiting to hear from *** and hopefully we will get all this behind us*** seems to be a better representative for D.RHorton and he seems to know his businessWe are optimistic and look forward to letting him perform these repairsWe will be happy to close this case if everything he promised comes to pass

*** *** Dear Ms***This letter is in response to my complaint filed with the Revdex.com against DR HortonI amrejecting the response because I still feel that DR Horton is responsible for the damagesThere wereseveral details about the incidents that were not included in DR Horton’s response to my complaintIhave attached a copy of the original letter sent to DR Horton on August 6, outlining the specificdetails of the events.As indicated in the original letter sent to DR Horton, I was not given a list of preferred contractors by DRHorton with my warranty packet as I was supposed toIf I had been given this list, I would not havecontacted another plumber initially*** *** also confirmed that this list was not placed in theinterior of the kitchen cabinetI was only sent this list after the incident on July 29th by DR Horton andhave the postmarked envelope to show when it was sentIn addition, I believe this is now consideredstructural damage since it affects an entire island in my kitchen, and therefore is still covered under thewarranty
The customer has been provided with a closing date
We are in communication with the homeowner and have requested photos regarding their concerns
I meet with the customer yesterday 7/7/and inspected the issueWe are making plans now to address the issue 100%

This is no response to all of all my time wasted and the awful craftsmanship The builder is completely unacceptable There are several issues If anyone read my letter it clearly stated everything When am I going to get compensated for all my time off work to deal the incompetence and carelessness There still are holes in ceiling lanai Paint all over lanai glass door Cracked tile Cracks in ceiling Hurricane bolts cemented in ,unaccessable Bathroom counters carelessly scratched deep. This is all more awful issues not even dealt with yet I have spent countless hours of my time and still have tons of issues When do I get compensated and stuff resolved There response was not even answering and concerns The only issue somewhat addressed was they are gonna finally fix the incorrectly installed microwave After taking it in and out three time ruining the cabinets they finally understood They are installing microwaves so that owners can't even change the filters in them Unbelievable, besides steaming all over the above cabinets.I want answers from them No one seems to care The company so big no one cares anymore is my guess This was the worst choice I ever made Many of the other owners agree and have tons of issues too
