1st time we have used Donley services. Serviceman very polite.

Everytime that a technician comes to my home I am pleased with the professionalism and Courteous service. I have and will continue to tell friends and family about my experience and recommend Donley Service Center.

** came to perform our spring A/C check up. He has been here before and as always is very courteous and knowledgable. He was respectful of our property and like every visit from Donley - gave us confidence that our equipment was in good order - or else he would have discovered something we needed to replace. ** - like all Donley service people - kept the customer as priority. Thank you Donley! I came home and my air conditioner was not working - you got me an appointment the next day, fixed it so I was not without air for more than 24 hrs in the summer heat. Everyone was great - from my phone call at 7:15am to my service technician (Thank you [redacted]!).

They have a worth the money twice a year maintenance inspection program with a checklist that details the condition of the unit. They are on time, know what they are doing and are honest. I always ask for [redacted].

Donley has provided us with many years of excellent service and we would not consider calling anyone else for our heating and cooling needs.

Donley Service Center was recommended to us by a friend when we needed to replace the main a/c system in our house. We had received two reputable a/c company quotations which were conflicting as to what needed to be done and the cost. We were confused and mentioned it to our friend who said to call Donley. It was the best decision we made. The salesman was very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of why and what needed to be done and the over-all cost. We went with Donley and have been exceedingly pleased with their work and the a/c system. This second time we were having hot water and soft-water system problems and decided to call Donley and not the plumbing company we had used for ten years. We can't over-emphasize how pleased we were with the plumbing aspect of Donley's business. The experience, knowledge and workmanship of Donley technicians and installers is truly unique in this day and age. There's no reason for us to use anyone other than Donley, to the extent they provide the services needed, for home repairs and systems. They are professional, knowledgeable, competent and pleasant in everything they do.

Once again I recently have had excellent service from Donley Service Center. I have used them for over 20 years and have always been impressed with the quality, attitude, competence, and professionalism of all their employees - in both the residential and commercial areas.
I am a registered professional engineer in the state of Arizona and would recommend them without qualification.
