Concerning your recent rebuttal, please be advised that all line orders go straight to printing, no one touches these orders.  This being your case you entered your (1) box order on line with the incorrect spelling of your name.  Therefore, you received a box of checks with a name misprint, UPS services were delivered on time as requested on line. As courtesy, we sent you another order (1) box free of charge and refund your account on file the amount of the shipping charge of $11.24.  Also, I would like to advise that this is not a “contract”, it’s an offer.  Once you accept our offer on line, mail, or phone you are agreeing to our company terms.  As courtesy, again we have issued a refund to your account on file in the additional amount of $15.15.  Please allow (72) business hours for processing. situation with our current policies, procedures and our overall processes.  I can assure you we are currently evaluating these processes.  Per security procedure all calls are recorded.   After investigating this matter I would like to explain per security procedure all orders are subject to verification. All internet orders per procedure once in the system, are automatically transferred to our printing department for immediate processing.  No one touches these orders. Our system is fully automated; the information as entered on-line will be printed on check order, labels, and inks stampers, or any other personalized item.  Per your conversation with Norma H. in our Account Receivables, since it is a photo check order, you needed to re-enter your order on line to down load your pictures. I am rejecting this response because: I have gone elsewhere, and  paid extra, to a company that does not use misleading tactics. Have on your advertising page "free shipping WITH NO MENTION OF A HANDLING FEE WHATSOEVER" is a clear case of false advertising. I would of been satisfied even if "handling fees still apply" anywhere that could of been read. It isn't and is completely false advertising. Needs to be fixed. Filing a complaint with your district attorney as well.

These orders are automatically transferred to our printing department for immediate processing. At this point no one touches these orders. Per printing in our website Checks Unlimited does offer several options to assist you with your order. Fraud protection, Ez-shield fraud protection, and Ez-shield plus, are options you needed to deselect all unwanted options twice. Your order on file has been adjusted in the amount of $14.95 this credit applies to EZ-Shield Fraud Protection has been cancelled. Your credit card on file has been credited per your call to dispute as of 10-11-16.

In response to your dispute we would like to explain the UPS Trackable Per company security procedure all orders (mail-in, phone and online orders) are subject to verification prior to printing. This applies especially to new customers. Like you in the event that we are unable to verify the information an e-mail or letter will be sent to the customer. This procedure will delay the shipping of the orders. Checks Unlimited does offer several delivery options via UPS, we do recommend delivery with tracking. Per printing on the advertisings and on line once you have selected delivery method in your case UPS Trackable, a 4 to 6 business days (after order processing), which is on the same page and underlined in color allows the customer (2) additional information by clicking on the verification. And Learn more about Shipping Options, this option would apply to you once clicking on it, a total delivery time page will open up with details on all the delivery service, and shipping time. In addition, on the same page there are (3) disclosures. P.O, Boxes, U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii & APO Addresses, Delivery Expectations, and last Checks Unlimited advises customers that we do utilize UPS Surepost. As a procedure on March 1st, a phone call was placed to the number listed on file with no response, followed by an e-mail send to the email address on file per request. I would like to explain that per printing in our website Artistic Checks does offer several options to assist you with your order.  In your case first you needed to enter an introductory offer code, which allows the system to adjust itself as you go and until you get to the check out.   Then at this point the system it will still allow you to edit your order and see final price per offer code entered.
