Mr. [redacted] has attempted to make 1 reservation with us in a condo. Unfortunately we where not able to fulfill the request with him due to a lack of inventory in the specific location during his specific travel dates. We still tried to help him with the request and found the unit on the retail market...
and is strictly a service for our members with little or no savings off the retail price. I apologize for any miscommunication on this manner. If Mr [redacted] would take advantage of the program and try to use us for additional travel we would be more than happy to assist him. At this point however we would not be able or willing to refund. If he had tried to use us for more than that 1 trip would be a different story. The program is a wonderful tool to help our members travel and save money and look forward to helping Mr. [redacted] to do so
Mrs. [redacted] received a promotional offer from an outside company that collects the fees and facilitates all the travel. I was trying to help her with her cruise but she wants a free cruise which no one ever promised. We do not have free cruises, she would be responsible for all fees, deposits, and...
taxes. We will be more than happy to give her the $189.00 which we do not have to try to make a bad situation right, even though once again we did not receive it. She can call and talk to any of our agents and they will be more than happy to give her a quote on her cruise, but it will not be free.
[redacted] said he had to make $300,000.00 in order to pay back $3,000.00. He claimed he would refund $1,296.50 AFTER I rescinded my my complaint to the Revdex.com. He then stated he would refund another $1,296.50 after 30 days. After reading numerous customer reviews and complaints on various web forums I find [redacted]'s response to be controversial. Whomever is in charge at Destination Depot has made promises to refund monies to other claimants, and the company has not followed through on their end of the deal--like usual. Due to the deceitful nature of [redacted]'s, via Destination Depot, I have reached out to numerous sources for help. I will continue to do so until they pay back $2,969.00--the entire amount they stole. Again, my friends have nothing to do with this dispute. The company may want to change their business policies to reflect a legitimate and trustworthy business model.

Mrs. [redacted] has tried to book one trip with her program which we have tried to accommodate her on she wanted to book a trip to Las Vegas for spring break was not happy with the cost. We tried to explain to her the price is high due to Spring Break and that normally it would not be a problem ( even...
though we did save her money on the trip, just not what she wanted to pay ). We also searched for a condo for Fathers Day weekend to Hilton Head or Myrtle Beach. Since it was the Holiday the prices where higher and availability was lower. We found some inventory but she chose not to book it. Once again we will not refund any monies to her number 1 she used the program and number 2 we did what we said we would do.
At his point I do not know what Mr. [redacted] is looking for, we offered to pay the $69.00 per person and I am surprised that he has rejected the offer since that is what he was asking for to begin with with. I did call Mr [redacted] from my cell phone. I was on a business trip and thought that his concerns needed to be handled as soon as possible. I TRIED to explain that the certificates are not from us and that we purchase them thru an outside company and they handle all the travel associated with it. However, we would cover the fees associated with the certificate because of his concerns. If he sent an email or called a number that was on the certificate that we would not have any way he was knowing that he was upset, since it is a separate company. I did mention to Mr. [redacted] that I did feel that his complaint to the Revdex.com was with out merit, since we did not have the opportunity to correct his concerns. Our phone records do not show any sort of Messages from Mr [redacted] both from the marketing or customer service. divisions. So the phone calls that he made to the marketing division, we have no record off, and furthermore if he called during normal business hours then a live operator always picks up the phone. If Mr. [redacted] would still like to be compensated for the $69 per person registration fees we are still willing to cover them. But once again it sounds like Mr. [redacted] just wants to air his opinion, which is fine but I wish that he would at least be factual about his statements.

Thank you for your response to this complaint....we will be happy to close this out once check is received
I adamantly deny that the postcard I received inviting me to the seminar stated anything about $69 fee...conveniently, the postcard was required to be presented at the seminar so is therefore, not in my possession. I do, however, have the emails advising me of my award confirmation--with no mention of the fee-- and my follow up email to Destination Depot regarding what I perceive as the sham they partnered with Extreme Travels For Destination Depot to now take the position that they disssociate themselves with Extreme Travels is ludicrous,,,,how else were they delivering the promised vouchers?!!!!
How do I forward the emails I have on record?
I will check into their check and find out why they have not received it. If it was sent we cut him another check and cancel the other one since it seems to be lost. We are sorry for the delay and will make sure it is handled
We understand the frustration that Mr. [redacted] must be going thru however once again Mr. [redacted] knew that he would be responsible for the fees, taxes, etc. Enclosed you will find 2 documents that Mr. [redacted] signed to receive the gifts and attend the presentation. Both documents clearly states that we do not supply the certificates and he WILL be responsible for any fees associated with the certificate. He signed both of these, so it is hard for us to believe that he did not know, before he stepped into the presentation and the once again when he actually received the certificate. Once again if paying the $138 will put this to rest then yes we will do it. Plus lets be real for a moment where can you fly and stay for 3 days 2 nights for $69.00 per person, doing it on your own.
No one at the ever stated that the trip was free, not on the postcard, at the time of booking, or during the presentation. The cost of that she mentions is for all taxes, federal and state, airport surcharges and hotel surcharges. I would challenge her to find a 3/2 night hotel stay nd round trip...
airfare to any where for less than what she mentioned, including all taxes and surcharges. I have included the for that she mentions and it does state that the trip is not supplied by us that it is done thru an outside company and that we do not facilitate any of the travel and that the money is not sent to us that it is sent to them. If Mrs. would like to call her member services line we can try to help her with this issue with The Travel Center.
The reason there has only been one condo request is because there are no condos available in even the large geographic area and times we are interested in - ANY condo near a New England ski resort from January through March, or ANY condo on Cape Cod or vicinity in July or August. It was represented to us during a high pressure sales pitch that there would certainly be some availability if we were flexible, and that the reason it would make sense for our family is that we would be able to find a condo for six at a lower rate than is advertised on the internet; specifically that they would be available for $800 per week. When we contact Destination Depot for any of the times above they simply do an internet search. We will continue to reject the response until:a) A refund is providedb) They are able to provide us with a discount condo in the areas/ times mentioned above, as they represented to us during the sales pitch.
Back in May I mentioned that if she had not received the check to please let us know, now in November she finally responds. This is almost 6 months later, I will check with accounting and make sure a replacement check goes out and have them investigate the result of the first check. This process may take up to 7-10 days. I will download a copy of the check and download as soon as it is cut and ready to to be mailed.
That is acceptable
I will be donating as stated once received

I need a payoff timeline.
Mrs. [redacted] seems to have the problem with Extreme Travel Deals and not us. She was told at booking that there was a $69.00 per person fee to register the promotional offer. it was on her post card and it was written on her check-in form that she signed and gift acknowledgement form that...
she had to sign as well. As far as the double occupancy, it is standard practice that travel providers base there prices on double occupancy, this is not unusual at all. I don't know who she e-mailed and waiting a reply from, because we at Destination Depot have not heard anything from her, by e-mail or phone. If she could call me I would be more than happy to try to assist her with any questions she may have, but since Extreme Travel is an outside company that we have no association to, except to give away their travel certificates, the amount of service may be limited, but I will try to help any way I can
We would be happy to refund Mrs. [redacted]'s $138.00 even though we did not collect her funds, that was done thru The Travel Center. The Travel Center is not owned or operated by us and the only contact we have is to purchase certificates from them which they fulfill all the travel associated...
with them. If she would call us to set up the payment, we will send a cashiers check to her at the address of her choice.

You already had my name and address.
But I prefer you send the refund to the Tualatin Police Department in Oregon as a donation to the nearest animal shelter. The officer you complained to will let me know he received the donation. I have already sent him a copy of these responses.
Your right it has gone to far
Have a nice day
