However, I called them to give them my address in May, and a couple months ago, I also sent them a letter by mail with my address They are hoping I forget about it

We were absolutely told that upon joining we would receive a certificate for a cruise and round-trip airfare along with an additional certificate for airfare and lodging that I haven't even begun to get into. The certificate stated that we would be responsible for sending in a small amount of money that would be applied to fees and taxes, but that was to be the only fee involved. The only reason we agreed to the almost $cost to sign up with this company was that we would be getting a cruise/airfare and another package for airfare/lodging that would offset the cost of the initial fee. We would never have agreed to the initial membership fee if we had known that in order to receive our cruise and airfare we would be paying additional money for it. We have booked our own cruises before and never have had to jump through the hoops that this agency requires. What we were told during that initial meeting is absolutely not what this company is trying to portray in this response to our complaint

I spoke to Mrs*** and tried to work out a compromise with her, told her we would make payments and pay back her program as long as she would;d no longer try to slander or companySince then Mr*** has made a duplicate complaint to the Revdex.com, they have had friends try to make customer reviews She has filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney Generals Office which we are in the process of responding toWe at this point will deal directly with the AG's office of the state of WashingtonSo if they have any questions or comments it should be directed to them

Destination Depot and specifically *** *** continues to make promises and not follow throughHe takes responsibility on the phone with me to avoid conflict and then does nothingI will be filing small claims action

Once again these scammers have liedThere is nothing in those emails indicating a death threat to anyone.As the police have pointed out it is a freedom of speechThe Revdex.com needs to do nothing more than read the other complaints against your company and the services provide to figure it outHope the $is worth it

I tried to speak to Mr*** on 6-12-to explain that if he had a problem with his certificate he should of contacted us here at Destination DepotHe never attempted to contact us directly and if he had we would of handled it for himHe was very very argumentative and refused to listen to
me Destination Depot is willing to pay the $pp in the form of a cashiers check made out to Mr*** to handle this matter If Mr *** has any questions he can contact me directly at ###-###-#### I would be more than happy to answer any questions he may have

If he would like to call me I will do my best to make sure he is traveled and put back on track with the program

I did speak to Mrs*** on 9/1/And listened to her concerns about how she felt that she was treated during her time at the presentationI was not putting her off or was I not concerned about her problemI did tell her that *** has been a long time employee of the company, with
great work ethics and very few complaintsI apologized on behalf of the company and thanked her calling with the informationI really don't know what else she wanted me to do, and she made no further comments about what she wanted us to doSo I feel that this complaint is totally with out merit and justificationShe received her promotional offer for attending the presentation, and could of left at any point if she felt that she was being harmed in any wayShe chose to stay, and *** is right it is a sales presentation and they are going to ask you to buy something probably more than once

I did receive a 1/refund of the payment I made, but have not received any other information on when the balance of $will be paid When that has been received, I will close the dispute

I believe we refunded the cost of the registration fees to Mrsfor the promotional offerThe offer was never told to her to be free, everNot during the booking process or the presentation itselfShe even signed several documents stating that the offer was not freeAs far as the $booking
fee to use our service I am not aware of any such fee, either online or through a travel agentIf she has not recieved a check she can let us know and we will make it happen, this is to cover any fees paid to register the promotional offer to her

It is appearent Destination Depot can not deliver what they represented and I have lost all faith in their business and their business practicesI have given them every opportunity to find me a cruise package that they reported, and what made me sign up with themThey are deceteful, and nothing short of providing what they advertised, or a full refund of the membership will restore my faith in their companyDestination Depot is not the disgruntled party here, I did not make claims I could not back up, and their response was for me to call them and "work" with them, well they have my number, they know what I am looking for and the price they said they could provideThey are wasting my time and theirs for they know they can not provide what they said they could

Destination Depot has not provided any services or produced any goods in exchange for my $2,I am willing to retract all negative comments upon refund Due to prior customer reviews, and along with my own experience, I do not trust Destination Depot until I have my cash back in handOnce again, I wanted this deal to work Destination Depot did not deliver I want my money back In exchange, I will retract my negative comments about your company
