Loved the quality off all 3 pieces I purchased for my teen daughter. She loves the look of each piece as well. The bed was easy to assemble and so was the nightstand. My issue came with the dresser; the look and quality were nice but the pieces were NOT LABELED. The alphabet stickers that were supposed to be on each piece were still on the sheet of paper, not on the pieces. I had NO CLUE how to put it together. Fortunately, my dad is a wiz at assembly. However, he couldn't put it together for a few days and that ruined what I was trying to do...which was have my daughter's room together, assembled and decorated before she got home from school on a Friday afternoon. Everything was ready...except the dresser...so there were clothes everywhere.

Everything was as advertised and we are very satisfied.

CyMax delivered my product well ahead of time and in great shape. The computer desk we purchased assembled as prescribed and is a high quality product. This is my first purchase from CyMax and I would recommend them to others.

well packed, all pieces clearly marked, easy to follow directions. butcher block top seems to interfere with drawer opening ease.

Ordered a headboard and received it within 4 days. Unfortunately there was a dent in the middle so I contacted customer service. I promptly received a replacement. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Ordered a Kitchen Island - Delivered ahead of time. No damage to the crates or the items. Would order again from this company. Very nice Kitchen Island very attractive sturdy piece.

The table is lovely and the perfect size for my 2 and 3 year old so I would recommend the product.!

However the table did arrive damaged which you do not expect when you order a brand new table. We decided to tape up the damaged area rather than send it back as we need somewhere for our children to sit and eat (we have just moved house and currently have no furniture at all). It is just disappointing as you expect it to arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery was also longer than I believed it would be as it took 5 days after it was shipped to arrive so I could have bought it somewhere else and had it delivered quicker.

From the purchasing step to obtaining a replacement part the system was perfect. The sales associates were very helpful and friendly. Customer service, Carmen, was most helpful as well. I am very pleased with the furniture I purchased and dealing with Cymax !!!!!! I will certainly consider Cymax first when looking for similar furniture !!!!

My wife ordered a mirror from cymax and of course it can broken in two places.One crack is over 8 inches and another is very small, however it is indeed broken. After inspecting the broken mirror we spent a good deal of time re-packing and taping the mirror in the original packing and provided box for return. This of course would have been too easy, cymax wants us to re-open the box and take pictures of the broken mirror. So much for trust, huh?. I do not see anything on their website about taking pictures of broken merchandise to get a refund. Recently purchased a double vanity with a marble top and mirror from Wayfair and everything arrived in one piece!!! Do not buy from cymax. Very upset . Terrible customer service. Maybe I should take picture of their broken product and post them on the internet for all to see. Will not purchase from cymax again.

I as extremely happy with well made product and easy assembly. The price was more than reasonable. The kitchen cart is fantastic for a small kitchen adding extra counter space and storage. The product arrived a day early and in excellent condition with all of its assembly parts and clear instructions. I give this item and your company a 10+. Thank you!

I bought two Curio cabinets from Cymax online. I purchased Platinum white glove service so they could assemble and install the cabinets. While the cabinets were delivered and installed on time, the installers did not have the Shelves and Pins for one of the cabinets and a few pins from the other cabinet. I have been in email and phone communication with Cymax for OVER A MONTH now and nothing has moved. Last week they asked me to send pictures of the top and bottom insides of the cabinets - so it seems both Cymax and the manufacturers DO NOT trust that I am really missing those shelves - meaning I am either so dumb that I did not see those shelves stuck inside the top or bottom of the cabinets or I am profiting from trading in those shelves and pins - quite ridiculous!!!

price was very reasonable for a good quality item. also, the assemble instructions was very easy to follow with clear diagrams.

Dresser had multiple chips with particleboard showing. Cheap materials. Would never buy from again.

Item came as promised. However, there were slight imperfections that appear to have occurred during transport

I went to order a bed online from cymax. The bottom part of the bunk bed could not be added from the website so I called A salesperson and ordered it over the phone. I told the sales person I wanted to twin over full. When the bunk bed arrived it was missing the bottom part of the bed. I called the company a couple times to resolve the issue all they wanted to do was charged me for the bottom part of the bed when this was not my fault it was the sales person's fault from their company. They only wanted to take a few dollars off of the bed. They were also going to charge me set up the bed again on delivery if I got the bottom part. We then told them that we wanted a refund and we would just get our products somewhere else. They told us they could not refund the money because it was such a big without a charge to us. We were not willing to pay a charge for them to pick it up because this again it was not our fault. They then told us that they could not refund the money at all for the bunk bed because it was such a big item to be returned. The manager said that they stick by their sales person and it wasn't their fault . They said that's all they could do for me and I could file a complaint if I wanted. I will not buy another product from cymax ever again.
