I am impressed with the overall experience of the purchase and shipping time. The assembly instructions were easy to follow with completion time in about three hours. The unit looks like a fine piece of furniture. The parts box was missing the only two hinges needed to install the center, elongated glass door. Not too much of a big deal because it looks great without the door installed but does give it an unfinished look when compared to the photo example. We are very happy with the purchase. We would definitely purchase from Cymax Stores again.

On line order for fireplace entertainment furniture was delivered with outstanding service. Product lived up to expectations. Communications represents excellent customer service.

I purchased a Richardson Seating Retro 1950s 30" Swivel Bar Stool in Black. It is a well constructed stool, of a heavy silver pipe. The cover seams to be of a heavy material. It is just the type of chair I need. I hurt my back several years ago, and have had several stools that were made of rather light pipe and broke. I use the chair to sit on to cook and wash dishes. This stool will last many years as compared with my other stools.

I had a very positive experience with my order - in the future would be nice to know if a package contained multiple shipments and the shipment status - 1 box went via this provider other via another - thought I was missing a piece until I realized it was shipped separately but overall - shipped and received quickly and in great condition and I love my product

There were two parts that got by your quality control or the assembly jigs are wrong.
The first was the wine rack, the rails to attach to the frame were installed upside down. The screw recess would be to the cabinet frame. Making it impossible to attach. As the screws would not be long enough. I had to take the glass rails off the mounting rails and turn the mounting rails over and reattach the wine rails. Then I was able to install the wine rack.

The second problem was with the draw front piece. The piece that the draw bottom fit into was attached at the vary bottom of the other front draw pieces. When installed as you provided the draw would no shut. It was about 1/2 incentive to high. Again being a old wood craftsman I saw your mistake immediately and proceeded to re position that piece. These two problems would cause most people to return the home bar and or not even installing these 2 items.

Wonderful!! Quick and easy! I had never heard of Cynmax until I found them on a google search. Will be my go to from now on the revamp of my new home and future purchases. I have already recommended Cynmax to others and they too loved using them!

Everything with the order was great from the ordering to the delivery. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and explained everything in a manner easy to understand. The delivery was excellent first rate company it was Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery Corp.Carefully unloaded curios unboxed them placed them were we wanted them and installed all the shelves,what a great surprise and removed all the packing material. All my wife had to do was put her collectibles in them and set back and enjoy. High recommend and give a 5 star out of 5 star rating. THANKS CYMAX and METROPOLITAN

rhis was a totally satisfactory experience. Product is easily assembled, sturdy, and very attractive. It is what I wanted and I received it in a short period of time-much faster than I anticipated. Very happy with my Cymax experience.

I ordered a TV stand, which unfortunately was received both defective and damaged. I submitted a request for return authorization using Cymax's online tool. It was ignored, so I called and did so again with a live agent. This too was ignored for about a week, after which time I was asked if I would accept a replacement or discount. I declined and requested a full credit and return instructions for the product (for the third time). This was followed by a shipping notice for a replacement. I turned the matter over to my credit card company for resolution. Bottom line: Do not do business with Cymax. They are either crooked or incompetent. Either way, you are taking a huge risk!

The items I ordered were delivered as estimated, have no complaints and the items I ordered was the quality I expected for the price I paid.

This company does not put customers first. I had a negative experience when I purchased what I thought was a daybed with trundle off of Sears.com from this vendor. When it arrived it was just the trundle drawer, not the daybed. I was confused and went back to the listing on Sears.com. The listing was confusing and misleading because it had a picture of the daybed and the description stated daybed, but there was no indication whatsoever that this was a trundle only. Other listings from other companies were explicit that their trundle was just a trundle (pictures included) and went so far to actually state that the daybeds are SOLD SEPARATELY.

I contacted the vendor to hopefully purchase the daybed only option to go with my trundle. The vendor would not match the combination price found on Sears.com of $566. They would only sell me the pieces at their full individual prices of $691.

Eventually the sales manager offered a whopping 5% price drop which would still not even come close to the advertised price on Sears.com. The only other option would be to send it back for a refund, but the sales manager told me that it require me to pay the $40 shipping fee. They are making me pay for their erroneous listing, and he in fact blamed me for not going directly to the Cymax website for clarification before I bought it.

Even the Sears customer support agreed that the listing was misleading and brought it their attention and gave Cymax another chance to correct the error and provide me with a full refund. They have refused to make that correction and insist that if I want to resolve the issue, I will either have to pay $120 over the marketplace price to get the full combination, or pay $40 to send it back and get a refund. Either way, Cymax is not taking what I would consider enough responsibility for this issue, which seems to standard as you read their Revdex.com reviews and complaints. They will exhaust every avenue to put the burden and cost on their customers rather than changing their advertising practices to be fair and accurate.

Cymax makes it easy to find what I wanted and very eady to order. I will shop here first when looking for furniture or anything else I may be looking for. I liked all the different options that was showed. This was my first time shopping at Cymax but it certainly want be my last.
