I searched the Cymax website and my wife and I found a queen size bed that we both likedThe on-line page stated delivery to our home would be in about two weeksWe made the purchaseAfter one week the status of our order was listed as "in progress." I contacted Cymax customer service and they stated they would contact the manufacturer and then get back to me with a delivery dateWe heard nothing backAbout five days later, I did the same thing, I contacted Cymax customer service again and asked about my product, a product that by now I had already been billed forI again heard nothing back from Cymax Customer ServiceI have contacted them a third time and as of this posting, I again have not heard anything
The company offers nice product at competitive prices however, their customer service department is poorly managed

I ordered a bed from cymax through *** on 2/2/I received two boxes on 2/7/16, one had the headboard and footboard and the other had the siderails and center support for the platform bedI did not receive any hardware or slats to put the bed togetherMeanwhile I had taken my sons bed apart when this arrived and was ready to assemble but was unable to due to not having all required partsSo in order for my son to have a bed to sleep in I had to go to *** to buy the hardware and slats to assemble the bed which ended up costing an additional $out of my pocketWhen I contacted customer service they stated they would send replacement parts, I told them I did not need them as I already have the bed assembled but I had to pay $out of pocket, I asked for a partial refund with no success from their customer service departmentVery dissatisfied with this company all around

I ordered a hutch top for a file cabinetIt arrived sooner than expected and was in perfect conditionThe hutch is solid, was easy to assemble and matches the file cabinet as advertised

I ordered the *** Wood Top Dining Set w/ *** Chairs on 9/4/I was reluctant to order furniture online but I did anywayThe order was on back-order for about six weeksWhen it finally arrived (and was left at my garage door by FedEx), we found the table top damaged - it was scratched all around the the table and a small junk of the wood was missing just underneath the tableI followed procedure to have the table top replacedI received an email stating the table top was discontinued by the manufacturerSince then I found out that the entire table and chair set is availableI first saw a pop up of the set on my computer so I called customer service right then and spoke to someone in sales who said the set was availableThat was NovI sent an inquiry and advised Cymax of thisTo date, I have not heard from themToday is Thanksgiving so we had to assemble the damaged table to have something to eat on since we are having companyI just want to say that their customer service is the WORST I've ever seenI will never order anything from them againIf I don't hear something soon and this does not get resolved, I will report them to the Revdex.comI could have gone on and on about the timeliness of their responses, but it would take up too much timeThanks for reading my review

I am mostly happy with my tv standThere was a couple dings but small enough that it wasn't worth the hassle of sending it backI was definitely happy with the companyIt came fast the price was greatI'm currently looking for an end table and will buy again from cymax!

This is the first time I dealt with this company. I was very pleased with the description of the article, the ease of ordering and the promptness with which my item was delivered . I would not hesitate to order from Cymax again.

We have not had a pleasant experience with Cymax. We ordered a $500.00+ coffee table from them. It was not delivered in a timely fashion. When it finally arrived it was quite damaged. We have been sending Cymax pictures of the damage, etc. and have not heard from them. We want this coffee table picked up asap. It is so very frustrating. How can I get them to act in a timely fashion????

Would never do business with Cymax again. I ordered a buffet and received an email that item was still in my shopping cart so I ordered it again. Then I received and email that TWO buffets were shipped. I called and asked that one be sent back since it was their mistake. A day or two later I received an email that BOTH had been sent back. I requested a refund for both and was informed that I would receive a full refund for one and a partial refund (minus shipping costs both way and an outrageous restocking fee) for the other, despite all the screw ups being theirs. I called my credit card company who took care of the refund. STAY AWAY. [redacted] This is not a reputable business.

The Cymax Store provided what I needed, but left the frame outside the house ever alerting the owners that it was delivered, without getting a signature, or helping to bring it inside.
