The desk I purchased was in good condition and the directions were very good and even included a sense of humor I was disappointed with the company from a business point of view in that I came in contact with this company through MrRebates I should have earned a 5% rebate on the purchase but the company has not recognized the purchased through MrRebates and a 5% rebated has not posted to my MrRebates account I did write to the company, but they have never bothered to even respond to me

The product I received was very niceThe packaging it came in was less than parThe table I ordered came in a single box that weighed about poundsSo, of course some of the edges were dentedBut, I decided not to send it back because it was to heavy to repackThis item should come in three boxes and all edges protected betterI understand that things happen with most shipmentsI have to say I will go to the local furniture place next time to avoid any product damageThe table was very easy to put together and the directions were easy to understand

The desk came when it was expected It was difficult to recognize some parts as they were not clearly marked It didn't seem to hard to assemble however the parts didn't seem to stay together when standing up the desk The cams did not keep it together and the top came off while standing it up We had to hold parts together in order to get the top back on The finished product looks good and seems sturdy and fulfillment was quick and as promised They definitely need to look at how the desk is assembled

I placed an order for a recliner sold by Cymax on an online retailer After six days (and having to contact Cymax) I was informed via email that they would not sell me the product at that price I explained that I had made a purchase in good faith from their online retail presence I was laughed at by the supervisor Todd told me there was nothing that they would do for me
I said I would pay a higher price - what others had paid on the online site for the product and was told no This is one of the most ridiculous online retail experiences I have encountered

Fast great service

I have been searching online for bookshelves for weeks I found the Cymax website through my searches and I liked their selection and their prices I ordered three bookshelves and recieved my order promptly within a days (including weekend) The packages did not come damaged which I was excited about, in the past I have ordered through other companies and they were always damaged I will be using Cymax again for my home purchases

This is the first time we have purchased from Cymax and are very pleased with our tv stand The quality of the stand is beyond what we were expecting It is solid and all sides of the boards are finished We feel that we got our money's worth Having purchased items from other companies we will definitely be going to Cymax first from now on
