My experience was a good one. I received my merchandise faster than I expected.

The product is not what is shown. It was your basic compressed wood with black sides and a bed slight wood grain. The back is plastic. Store itself w as efficient. And ok to put together. Don't pay more than 90 for it.

I love shopping at Cymax. Customer Service is wonderful. Cymax delivers great products - never an issue!

I ordered a cabinet & it is perfect for the space I had open. It is beautiful & the finish looks sharp. Easy ordering, fast delivery. I will shop at Cymax before I buy elsewhere.

I ordered a L-shaped desk and paid for the assembly of it. When my desk arrived by a third part, I was told it as a drop ship. They left EIGHT VERY HEAVY boxes in my house and being petite, I could not even lift one of the boxes. I called Cymax, [redacted] and [redacted] (delivery company). I was informed by Cymax that even though I paid for it to be assembled, they were not going to do it. I was advised to hire a handyman. They did credit me $150 to do so, but I was very upset and did not want to impose on my boyfriend to assemble it. It took him EIGHT hours. He is very skilled in assembling things, but said it was by far the most difficult thing he has ever had to assemble. I could NEVER had assembled this as I could not even lift it. Cymax gave me a credit of $150 and told me I could use that money to hire a handyman. I was only missing one screw. Directions and numbering of parts was very accurate, but again, I would not have ordered it if I knew I would have to assemble it. I do however love my desk, but would not order from them again. The customer service rep from Cymax was very nice and very apologetic so I did appreciate that.

Super fast shipping! I received my order in 1-2 days after ordering and free shippingto boot! I ordered a fireplace TV entertainment center. It arrived in perfect condition. Seems to be pretty good quality and was easy to put together. I'm very happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy from Cymax again.

Easy to order, good price, courteous customer service and shipped quickly.

Friend's and Clients, this is the most TERRIBLE experience I have ever experienced. Please do not use Cymax to purchase anything, especially for delivery! FYI... I ordered a new chair on September 30th which was supposed to be delivered no later then October 21st. NEVER showed up. I called on October 26th and they said I would get an email the next day letting me know when it would arrive... still nothing. Meanwhile, they have had the money pulled from my checking account for about a month. This is the worst online purchase I have ever dealt with.

I ordered three of the Kyoto 24" Swivel Counter Stool in Dark Cherry and I love them so easy to put together My husband & I put all three of them together in one hour in a half.. They are very well built & heavy... they came to my door about 5 days after I ordered them online they are more beautiful in person then the picture online. I cannot say anything bad about them & the price WOW! I just ordered 2 more.
If your looking for very nice barstools GET THEM!

What a horrible experience!
We ordered and purchased a dining room set on August 3. It was finally delivered around August 20 and it was damaged.
[redacted] We returned it for a set that wasn't damaged.

That's when the horror show started.

We couldn't get a delivery date for the replacement set. REMEMBER CYMAX IS STILL HOLDING ONTO $2,000 of our money.

One excuse after another.

The latest and last excuse was they were waiting for photos from [redacted] the freight handlers to prove what we were saying was correct and we weren't lying. We were told that our word or the word of the freight handlers wasn't good enough.

We requested a refund and are still waiting for the confirmation. The price went up on the dining room set by about $500.

All we wanted was a replacement set for the one that was damaged. not to be accused of lying or making stuff up.

Given some of the complaints I read regarding this business, I entered into this transaction with a little apprehension. I purchased a Birmingham bookcase by Bush and paid the expedite shipping to get it to me before the weekend.
Everything went off without a hitch. The package looked like it had a few gouges in it, but thanks to the Styrofoam padding, all parts were in good order. All the hardware was there and the instruction booklet was well illustrated. Thank you, Cymax

Very nice item, however somewhat awkward to assemble. This item is perfect for what we needed....a coffee/tea bar. The stainless steel top is makes it!!

I have been looking for an electric fireplace for a while, and saw the "real flame silverton electric fireplace" on sale at Walmart. It was being sold by Cymax. I placed my order during the Black Friday and then had some questions on the order and gave Cymax a call. Even with the overflow of customers during the Black Friday mania, I was able to get to talk to a representative very quickly and all my questions were answered promptly. I also communicated with one of Cymax' representatives via email and their feedback was prompt and very helpful! My order came very, very quickly - in 2-3 business days and my fireplace looks absolutely fantastic! There were no scratches (as I read in some reviews), the mantle was very easy to install, the firebox works great, and even when the heater is on, it is really not noisy.
My experience with Cymax was a very positive one, and I will most likely order from them again.

The Cymax Company is awful, I would not recommend buying from them. I bought a chest which was shown on the website as a bolder green with brown antique through it, but what I actually got was a chest that was a lighter country green. I contacted them immediately and after 2 weeks of phone calls and emails they said I could return it, but would have to pay to ship it back, pay for original shipping, and pay a 20% stocking fee. In other words I spent $300.00 on this chest and I would get back about $150.00 and it was their error. I would never buy from this company again and I wouldn't recommend any one else does either. Bad News!!!!

Good quality for the price

Very pleased w/ the headboard. Easy to assemble and attach to the bed frame.

Very happy with my order through this website. My order was shipped extremely fast and very happy with the product. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased the oak credenza. The directions were pretty straight forward and easy to follow. It took about five hours to assemble by myself. My only problem was getting the base to seat properly on the six dowels that protrude from the bottom of the frame. The holes in the base only go halfway through and I couldn't get all six to line up. I ended up drilling the holes in the base all the way through so I could see the dowels and line them up easier. It worked and no one will see the holes in the bottom of the base. The final product looks great. A quality piece.

Very disappointed in this company. Placed order11/20. I was told in email the order would be processed 11/20-25/16, and should receive order 12/2-7/16. No email received so I made several phone calls. Each call I was told that it was to be picked up that night. Finally received an email stating it had been processed 12/9/16 and will delivered 12/23-28/16. My furniture was moved out first of December expecting delivery the first week of December. Now I will not have furniture until after Christmas. Very very disappointed in their promise to process the order immediately and deliver in 2 weeks.
