I moved in house in January house been with out air for months I have year old Baby & months pregnant
Issue fine

In April I applied for a rental property on crestcores websiteI was charged twice ($45) for an application feeIt's now May and I have yet to receive my money backI called and was lied to twice as far as help was concernedNo one will return my callsI will never apply nor recommend crestcore to anyone AGAIN!!!

The rental property is not safe to live in, the bathroom ceiling is leaking and falling down in my apartment, from upstairs,stove oven is not working

I am complaining about Crestcore realty and their servicesThe condition of my home has been in horrible shape since I moved in
The first day I moved in the back windows were still busted outThe house had not been cleaned let alone entered in a whileThe for rent sign was still in the yard and one of the keys provided did not go to the homeThe bathroom was nasty and the bathtub had chipping paint as if someone tried to paint over the filthI did not have running water or heatI have a one year old son and I moved in in November of so it was freezing coldI had nowhere else to go so I had to buy a space heater so me and my infant could keep warmThe following day a pipe busted in my wall and flooded my home leaking from the ceiling My furniture was destroyed and home was wet all overA tech came and told me the copper had been stolen from under the house so I had to go without water for a whileI could not bathe my son or take care of any personal hygiene for myself

As of January the day of my move in day I have had no hot water,heat or gas at my residents
I have been in contact with crestcore realty since the day I received my keys and made it to my home with these issues*** has told me that they told management that they couldn't hook my heat, hot water and gas until the proper paperwork was released on the work that was done on the home; they have failed to do soI have given me them dollars to be able to live with amenities that are suppose to be a given but they refuse to come and fix

I have had to call the city of *** regarding to maintaining our front and back yard two years in a row
I have lived at this address for four years...unforuntately it was sold to Crestcore two years agoEver since then I have had problemsI have had to call the City two years in a row because they would not and refused to come cut the grassI live in an old *** house that maintains five apartments in allAlso, the bushes around our porch are very dangerousThey need to be cut down or trimmed...for safety reasonsThere are NO pest controlDon't bother asking...they don't CARE

Slumlords not fixing repairs and renting out unsafe housing
Holes in the roof of house causing rodents to get in has been going for a month and CrestCore has not made any repairs now there are smells of dead rodents inside of the walls and the smell is unbearableThe inside of the tub in the restroom is rusted and was sprayed over with paint and the paint is coming off with cleaning and we are unable to take bath at the house it is the only full bathThe wood floor in the hallway in front of the bathroom has rotted from water leak from August and is still not repaired the floor is now bulging up from foundation, weeks ago my shoe went through the floor and no one has came to fix the issue this is cautious to me and my daughter and has been unattended for way too long

Customer service just has been awful and tiring
We rented a house through Crestcore, when we first got the house we were told that the company would do a point inspection prior to moving in and do any repairs needed (The house needed a Heater, AC, and various other repairs)We moved into the house on April 6th, and non of the repairs nor inspection were doneAfter moving in we started noticing more things that needed to be repaired; there was a terrible water leak is various places of the house, there was a gas leak, the house still did not have a heater nor ACWe contacted Crestcore about the issues to have them resolved and they told us that they would have a technician come out for the repairs the following weekNo one ever showed upWe contacted Crestcore again and was given the same response that someone would be out to fix the problems we were having and still to no availDue to how bad the water leaks were the water had to be shut off by *** to prevent damage t

Fix my air
I've made several maintenance request to get my air fixed now they said it would be fix yesterday an no one came so me my are still with no air I have a child with asthma so it's hard to breathe in this house it's degrees in my house I just called this morning an was told it will be the end of the month before it will be fixed so my problem is that they knew I didn't have air when I moved in February I ask them to repair an they said wait till summer hit now I'm let to burn up when I should have been fixed when they first knew about it an if I have to live in house with no air for a month do they still want there rent is they do so y'all need to fix my air

Crescore Realty is the worst property leasing company I have dealt withthey refuse to fix anything within in the home, refuses to take responsibility for the miscommunication of the leasing agents and crestcore as a wholetheir contract is terrible and puts crestcore at no fault for the issues that goes on with in these uninhabitable homes they lease to the public before and during their stayeverything is outsourced except for signing your lease and paying rentnoone answers the phones half of the time the front desk is set to do not disturbthey have people who work for home to handle issues as well as a maintenance line that is not located in memphisthe maintenance workers seem to be instructed to only do patch work on the homesthey have no true concern for their tenants only concerned with collecting rentthe home owners as well as crestcore are robbing people of a peace of mind and good health they only respond to things that will make them look bad in the public eye to future tenantsbut I encourage any and everyone to avoid using their services

This house is infested with mice rain comes in throw the doors causing mold the home is just not livable my mother whom has lung cancer and my two year old and my one year are constantly in danger we were told by this company that they would change the roof the doors and plugged the mice holes we have caught over mice and now they are saying that they won't fix anything this house has broken windows and water comes in when it rains the plumbing is backed up

I started renting from Crestcore years ago, the first years was fine, until I had an emergency water pipe bust, water pouring into the house from the walls, I paid someone out of pocket to turn the water off from the main valve to keep from damaging the property, Luckily, I was home when the pipe busted, I contacted Crestcore immediately, submitted an emergency repair request, days later, no water, no repairs, I continued to contact Crestcore, only to get the run-around, and calls avoided
