Forced to live in home with no air unit and filthy carpet and mold and they keep closing my maintenance request since going on months now I paid my deposit 1/17/and was given a move in date of 2/1/I viewed the home as it just had came to the market and I gave my leasing agent a list of what was wrong or missingI prepared to move in 2-to find the carpet was still filthy and never clean the faucet was leaking in the bathroom I had no hot water and no air unitI called my agent and notified her and she said they don't install ac units until a certain temp I said that won't work I have severe asthma I need air no matter what degree I have inhalers and a nebulizer and wheeze bad when humid plus I have medical documentation so she said fill out maintenance request on line I have done more than and the online always close the request like it has been done by the way its degrees now outside I don't have no ceiling fan either but the first days I couldn't stay here I
