CrestCore gives misinformation and when confronted with it, does not answer I feel in love with a house from CrestcoreAfter calling and confirming with two operators and their website that it was 3x, I applied for the house only to be told next day we were denied it because the owner wanted 4x the rentIf we had known this we would have never wasted $on the application fee that is not refundableI worked with Debbie and really tried to find a house with CrestcoreHowever, due to issues such as houses having rat feces, one didn't even have a refrigerator hook up or poorly taken care of, we had to say noWhenever the fact that we were given wrong information was mentioned , we wouldn't get an answer back but would get an answer if interested in a houseA family member then called to confirm the 3x times the rent and were told it was 3xAlso that the application fee is $not $When the operator was asked their name, they hung up without answering

I have been without any water for more than days after a pipe burstI have called and stopped by the office and no repairs have been made I made a call to the Crestcore regarding a busted pipe Friday before New Years Day I explained the pipe busted and was pouring water into the house and into the neighbors back yard I was asked did I know how to cut the water off from the streetI advised I didn't and she said she would mark this call as an emergency A week later the water had not been cut off and another pipe busted inside the house I called MLGW in attempt to mitigate my damages They did come and cut off the water The water remains off and I have no where else to live and I have continued to pay rent in a timely manner I have reviewed several other complaints about busted pipes but appears they were repaired I have not had any return contact from CrestcoreI even stopped by the offices on Summer to discuss this matter in person and also mentioned the heat was

Crestcore refuses to fix my the stove I've been complaining about over a year and they refuse to get rid of the gnats I have been trying to get crestcore help for about a year they never respond, my stove is out ( burner) it caught on fire twice, and those gnats is coming from the sewage pipe and they are taking over my house and they gets all over my food, I have been paying them faithfullyI just want the job done!

As of January the day of my move in day I have had no hot water,heat or gas at my residents I have been in contact with crestcore realty since the day I received my keys and made it to my home with these issues [redacted] has told me that they told management that they couldn't hook my heat, hot water and gas until the proper paperwork was released on the work that was done on the home; they have failed to do soI have given me them dollars to be able to live with amenities that are suppose to be a given but they refuse to come and fix

A leak in the ceiling that was suppose to been repaired before we moved in Move in was delayed because a leak in the ceiling had been discoveredMoved in on the 16th of Febraury the house was still not ready for move in it had no heat which I put in several requests & it wasn't repaired until a week later, water poured out the floor boards into hallway when trying to wash clothes leak under the kitchen sink & the ceiling is still leaking called & even went to office in person & they continue to lie about sending someone out or say someone being out but I'm home all day the room where the leak is has a foul odor coming from it & the ceiling is starting to leak Brown fluid and it smells it is now March and ceiling is still not repaired & they refuse to prorate rent for the inconvenience

Crescore Realty is the worst property leasing company I have dealt withthey refuse to fix anything within in the home, refuses to take responsibility for the miscommunication of the leasing agents and crestcore as a wholetheir contract is terrible and puts crestcore at no fault for the issues that goes on with in these uninhabitable homes they lease to the public before and during their stayeverything is outsourced except for signing your lease and paying rentnoone answers the phones half of the time the front desk is set to do not disturbthey have people who work for home to handle issues as well as a maintenance line that is not located in memphisthe maintenance workers seem to be instructed to only do patch work on the homesthey have no true concern for their tenants only concerned with collecting rentthe home owners as well as crestcore are robbing people of a peace of mind and good health they only respond to things that will make them look bad in the public eye to future tenantsbut I encourage any and everyone to avoid using their services

My wife and I went to look at a property today from Crestcore, and when we walked up to the house, a young gentleman greated my wife and I at the doorAsked if he could help us and said his name was Ben and he did estimates for Crestcore and said the home should be ready for viewing in roughly weeks, very nice and polite gentleman...He welcomed us in anyway and told us not to judge until we saw the finish product...He talked very highly of the company and seemed very enthusiastic about his job and told us all about the company and how great everyone is...He made us feel very comfortable and my wife and I are looking forward to choosing crest core as our property management company

Central air/air conditioner units not provided as promised. In February I spoke with rep [redacted] about unresolved Maintaince issues and let her know that I have no way to get air in the home and Don't need to be hot in the warmer months. She informed me she got approval from the homeowner to install central air and that it would be done sometime in March so as a reminder I put in a request on 3/17 to have air installed. I haven't received any updates on when it will be installed when reaching out to [redacted] or Maintaince who did confirm air was approved by owner. A Maintaince man entered the home without warning on April 30 claiming he was told to do a move in inspection and thought no one lived here but retracted that statement after I told him we have no air and then he said he was there to check if the home can get central air installed and needed to get quotes on cost. He counted the rooms and stated air conditioning units may be installed since the bars on the back windows

First offMy tub has been molding and chipping paint for over monthsive put in service reuests mnths agono one has contacted me about them I have put in over service requests within months about this matterCrestcore cancelled my request and lied like the tenant(I) cancelled the requestI have provided pictues of the the tub even the property manager [redacted] said she wouldnt be bathing in a tub that looked like thatIve called code enforcement and they havent got back in touch with me yetthey are supposed to contact you with hoursit has been mnths and still no contactThe people that answer the phones are rudethey hang up on you any time they feel like itI have never disrespected anyone in that officeI will not be renewing my lease with themIve already had to pay 230$ out my pocket to pay for my air unit to be fixed onceThis is theire resposibilty!!!
