I have been at *** for month and have had plumping problems,roaches and mice problems
I have contacted crestcore weeks ago about the plumping in my home and yet still haven't had anyone to come outThe plumping started with my toilet running over, not I can't even take a both nor run any water in the house without the water coming out of the washer connection in the laundry roomI'm have no luck with these people whatsoever

Crestcore is the BEST! They have the best staff as well! I appreciate u guys ð???!

Air conditioning unit not workingmaintenance team come out and change filters and not air is moving in the apartment and not safe to live in
I just signed my lease Friday 7/14/at *** and before than I asked my agent Kathy, at Crestcore Realtors, to have the apartment cleaned before moving in as there were bugs all over the placeThe apartment was cleaned up on FridayI walked in and immediately called and emailed her and said the air conditioner does not work and it was degrees in the apartment and it was too hot for me and my child to stay thereShe said to go and try to set itI told her this should have been taken care of if you had the apartment on the market for rentI asked her to have maintenance to fix it because where I was staying I had to be out by Tuesday morning so I can move in She said to go to the apartment and see if I could set the thermostat and to see if I could feel any air through the vents I called her back the same day, Friday
