was very helpful, considerate, and understanding? After speaking with me and reviewing the notes in her system, she was able to solve my issues immediately for myself and my husband? I did receive the refunds and was credited for the promotion that ran back in March? Laura was a wonderful customer service representative

I spoke with *** *** yesterday and apologized for the delayI explained I found out the Finance department was out of the office a couple of days last week due to inches of snow and they got behindAt my request they pulled *** ***'s information to process it right away (yesterday 2/**)*** *** understands that once Weight Watchers processes the refund, it is up to her credit card company as to when they will post it to her accountWith most companies this is done within to business days.A care package has been mailed to ** *** (to be received in the next days or so) and as I told her on the phone, I have added another days of time credit onto her membershipWe value our members and hate that she has experienced so much frustration.Sincerely,Nikki C.Corporate AffairsWeight Watchers International, Inc

I understand and completed the "Existing Users" process for logging in and entering a new eTools access code .? For some technical reason, the system failed and my account was automatically charged.? I appreciate and am grateful for the refund.? At issue are the lengths that I had to go to in order to get the refund.? All of this cost you more in resources and reputation than it would have if you had apologized for the problem and offered to refund the cost of the eTools subscription.? I spent over minutes on the phone - almost half of that time on hold - trying to get the issue escalated and resolved.? In the end I cancelled my eTools subscription permanently.? The resolution was more generous than I expected, and I appreciate Weight Watchers going the extra mile to try to make the situation right.? My membership cancellation still stands, but it does restore some of my faith in their company and I may return at some point in the future once their new program rollout is established and the technology end is more stable, but probably not for at least a year.? I appreciate the help of the Revdex.com in addressing this matter as I was unable to get feedback on my own from the company
